Can’t send link as I’m in the car, but just had text from the club saying Gus Brayshaw has signed a 4 year deal! Happy days!

Absolutely Fantastic    Gun Player    maybe we can win the next few games

I wonder what the figure was? Difficult to work out considering last year and start of this, then the outstanding form. $600k?

As he's never been know as  'loose lips Josh' -  I'd imagine there would be an announcement in 48-72 hours as a best case scenario.

And North Melbourne miss out on ANOTHER signing. Ha ha ha

Great news. He's Arriving into his real potential now and forming part of what must be one of the most talented young midfield groups in the comp.

Rumours had it $700k x 4 from North. EAD

Great news for Angus and for the club.

Now we need to get our collective heads down and work on a top 8 then top 4 spot.

Players are not leaving this club unless their papers are stamped. Success is imminent in the coming years and they don't want to miss out.

Not once did I fear losing him despite the rubbish in the media of late.

Well done Gus !

My favourite player. His hardness, run and carry, skills on both sides of his body. Absolutely stoked with this.

Brilliant news, Gus, Trac, Clarry 3 young stars all locked away our midfield is pretty set now

Fantastic news! In a week where feelings were at a low, this brings sunshine to my soul at least.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
