My cousin is a Richmond supporter and he reckons that's what will happen - either that or the Tiges will finish top 4 and lose first up to face us in a semi.

Would like to see a significant lift in the team performance over the next two weeks.

Our second half of the season has been slightly pedestrian. It just seems that we rarely click as a team.

A 20% lift across the board could see us deep into September.

You wonder, despite all the public rhetoric by Goodwin ("One week at a time"), how prepared we are to hit finals at full steam.

Viney resting foot, Jack Watts getting tuned up at Casey, Hogan in for last two games... do we have another gear to reach this year?

Hopefully the 22 on Sunday will play like they are playing for their spot in a finals team, as, injuries aside, there's Viney and maybe Watts, Salem and Frost pushing for a spot. Should keep them firing. Casey today played with passion.

I suspect the dogs losing given there % rules them out if we win tomorrow. 

Its a race in three for two spots with us, essendrug and meth coast. 

We are still very much in the box seat even if we drop one of our two games I'd expect us to make it now as I doubt meth coast will win another and bombers are a game behind

All the results falling our way so far... Win tomorrow and we can almost certainly cement a spot. A 10 goal win will make it almost impossible for West coast to overtake us.

The boys should be on an absolute mission tomorrow. Of course every match at this time of year is important but if we win by a large margin tomorrow we would just about solify our spot in the finals. A comfortable makes it likely, a close win still leaves the door ajar, and a loss........well let's not talk about that. 

Ultimately we have a lot to play for in EVERY contest, every minute tomorrow. They should be throwing themselves in as if this is our big chance to make a statement. We should be going into this match with a ferocious no mercy attitude, the type that we have endured on the other side.

I think you're exaggerating the backwaterness of Adelaide a touch. It's like 25 mins difference in flying time from Sydney than Melbourne. And with easy and quick transport from the airport to the city.

Excited with some trepidation for today's game.  We have waited over ten years to be in this position again.  

The Lions are no push over, but we are a much better side and should be even hungryer than they are for the win.  Will be in a semi euphoric state if we come away with the 4 points today like we should.

My comment was based around finances. I live in Sydney, I have family in Melbourne and I already have 2 weeks in QLD in late September/October then heading abroad for 9 days. For going to Adelaide I would have to consider all costs on top of flights.

That's right. If you can get rid of some of the Crows supporters then yes us Adelaidians are pretty good, cheaper than Sydney too.

Correct. We can win today and still miss out if we lose to pies and eagles beat crows by 5-6 goals.
