OMG How does Neil Bullen get a game? What an idiot. Hasn't hit a target all night & brain fades continually.

The 6 tackles - leading the side yet again - have something to do with it.  He's also had it 14 times and not all of those were woeful.

But as usual, all we can remember is the last kick.

ANB should never play again.

We should be 20 points up but thats life. Big effort needed in the 2nd half specially being a player down plus a proppy Spencer.

ANB gives Richmond all the momentum when they come out for the 3rd quarter. I hope this isn't going to be Freo all over again.

Didn't we do it against the Cats also?

JKH just 2 disposal in a half is simply not good enough.

Garlett needs to lift big time.

JKH is just not good enough for AFL standard.

And who the Fuuug is on Reiwoldt?? Goodwin??

Good: Hibberd Frost Watts Melksham

Next 15 ok to average with one mistake each.

Poor: Jkh (2 stats, 4 fumbles/drop marks), Gartlett, Hogan

Tell Clayton Oliver to KICK IN. 16 posessions. 13 handballs. 4 effective handballs.

get BUGG back !!!!

Only Watts and Hibberd have any decent  kicking skills.

Scarey.

Loved Hibs goal.

He owned it. I like that

JKH has looked a mile off. One good mark but the rest has been poo.

ANB has done a couple of good things but just lacks composure. That last kick was as bad as Fitzy's tunnel ball.

Oh, and Melksham has been good. I questioned his retention but have liked his game so far.

His skills are below par for sure, but "huge liability" is ridiculously over the top.  We're winning this game because of midfield and half forward pressure, and he is a key ingredient to that.

Unless you're arguing in favour of One Tackle Kent, it's not really that much of a wonder he's in the side.

Watch Richmond closely. All of their entries come from transition. They are quick and direct, and confident in their scoring ability. We look to chain together 2-3 handballs before a kick. We still don't use the first option, which was an issue that persisted in the Roos years. Richmond have looked similarly average as Freo was in the first half last week, but look at what happened. Geelong killed us in transition and scored every time they went forward.

Something very weird about Goodwin's attacking structure here. We are losing games rather than the opposition winning them. This game has the same makings of the Geelong and Freo game.

We are in a world of hurt. All Hardwick has to say is how [censored] have we been,  make work of them next half. This half will let us know if we are demons or not

Yeah, I'd back him. He made a blue but let's see how he responds.

RETURN TO NORMAL by Whispering Jack

One of my prized possessions is a framed, autographed guernsey bearing the number 31 worn by my childhood hero, Melbourne’s champion six time premiership player Ronald Dale Barassi who passed away on 16 September 2023, aged 87. The former captain who went on to a successful coaching career, mainly with other clubs, came back to the fold in his later years as a staunch Demon supporter who often sat across the way from me in the Northern Stand of the MCG cheering on the team. Barassi died the

Rehab: Jake Lever and Charlie Spargo running laps.  Lever was running short distances at a fast click as well as having kick to kick with a trainer. He seems unimpeded.
