It's fine it's only his 15th of the afternoon.

Think they would be more upset about his suit.

Trading Watts is going to be one of the most instrumental, logical and positive things this Club has done for decades.

I’d trade him for pick 120.

You're kidding yourself.

The bloke is now the difference between us and a flag?

I am assuming that is what is the conclusion of 'instrumental, logical, and positive' things would be?

We need to beat teams like Freo at home, NM beat us twice, and in the biggest game in a decade we start like that against Collingwood?

We are fast running out of excuses and are about to be plum out of scapegoats come Monday. I hope Nate Jones and the boys are ready for the real acid in 2018. I expect top 4 and I expect to win or be beaten by an amazing team.

The more I hear about Jack the more I understand how it has come to this. His partying is at another level and his application is poor. He is also a victim of his own popularity in that he is highly influential with the younger players. Also it seems he is quite immature and has no insight into how his behaviour may be impacting on his performance. As much as I like him he has to go. I only hope the deal is reasonable.

It's never one player, but they are often the catalyst. You could easily argue that Vickery leaving Richmond filled a cultural and standards gap that he was causing.

Biff, I’m still trying to come to terms with how serious you’ve been with this topic.

Wattsy’s a dud. Has been for long time.

Watts isn't worth a first-rounder.

Never said he was.  I was responding to someone saying we should package Watts with our 2nd Round pick to get Pick 14 off Port.  To which my response was Port don't have Pick 14 or any any 1st Round pick if you read my post.

and dont forget raising the flag on the flag pole after a win and of course having the bugler on the ground with the trumpet before the game.

unless he was a trumpeter

maybe he has musical fluidity, in which case we shouldn't be discriminatory but inclusive for the sake of diversity

FMD if that’s what you’ve come up with.

Jack Watts in-or-out relates to our chances of a Flag?

Taking the pizz?

perhaps we should move onto a flugel as distinct from a mere bugle .... far more in keeping with the blazer and handkerchiefed pocket look

15? That's just his usual pre-training hydration program, mostly during pre-seasons after while having injuries...

A pick between 20-26, without us having to pay his salary. A pick in the 30s with us eating some of his salary sucks.

Yeah I reckon we would want a pick 20-25 other clubs would be willing to pay 30-35. So a pick between 25-30 is probably right but you can only work with what the other club has and the fact we're pushing him out the door means we'll have to be a bit more generous. So pick 30 is probably about right.

The salary thing isn't a huge issue for me unless it impacts on our TPP in 2019 and our ability to land another player next trade period. 2018 is pretty much sorted already.

A question I have never asked to this point in my life. What colour shoes do you wear with a burgundy suit? Not sure Jack has answered correctly.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
