Funny how the fwit liked his own post too.

lol that was actually an accident due to my phone having crap useability.

There was merit to my post but I guess you fail to see it as per usual and need to resort to pathetic personal attacks.

I suspect Clark will shut the door on any comeback this Thursday night.

What is magic about this Thursday night?

he is appearing on the footy show

I'd be shocked if he didn't.

Why would you subject yourself to a parasite like Barrett otherwise?

Unless the parasite has sniffed out a story and was going to run it anyway.

Trying to be optimistic about this ...

you did kind of leave yourself open to it.

The footyshow appearance this Thursday is very interesting. Firstly and most importantly it is clear from this appearance that he is feeling much better and is over this bout of depression. He would not be appearing if he was feeling depressed in any manner. This is excellent news, lets hope this is permanent.

As for his playing future, he will obviously be asked the question on the Footy Show and he will respond either No, Yes or possibly. If he does not completely and absolutely rule it out a return, the odds of him playing for the Dees next season skyrocket. I expect him not to rule it out, as this is what I am hearing from inside the club.

Lets wait and see.

The only possible significance would be the highly unlikely scenario that he appeared in purple. Otherwise, no significance at all, + or - .

If Clark was planning on hinting on a return at some stage, considering the reason he retired was to remove himself from the spotlight as it was affecting his mental health, then its fair to say a medium such as the Footy Show would be the last thing he would want to use to announce a possible comeback.

Whether he plans on returning or not, i dont believe we will get a hint either way on thursday night. It just wouldn't make sense

I usually don't associate magic with that show ...

No chance of Clark playing next yr unfortunately. This is made clear in the interview you will see tomorrow night on the footy show.

Damo was on mmm today and he didnt even realise how bad Clark got with his depression. Im pretty sure he said Clark didnt officially rule out a return but it wont happen anytime soon. Anyway will be interesting to see what he says and I hope he is doing really well.

again the obvious query - legit source or just whistlin' dixie out your keister ?

Enough with the Fremantle comeback nonsense please! It's bad enough reading all the posts about players actually on our list going there, let alone retirees.

Freo have two, maybe three years left. If Lyon doesn't get a flag in that time, he'll probably move on again. At least, they won't be contenders.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
