I'm watching it in and out as we are having friends over for a BBQ but EVERY forward entry has been a long bomb to garlett in a marking situation and usually out numbered... what's the deal with that? Are our tall forwards not working hard enough.

Naive coaching. Goodwin must ring in the changes. Players need to bite the bullet and take game on. Start winning some clearances would help as well.

What the hell is going on with our forward structure? Jeffie has been our "target" 3-4 times with him being outnumbered almost every time. 

Pathetic quarter from us then, we need to be and are better than this. Leaders need to stand up. Watts needs to start taking marks out in front of his eyes instead of chesting it. 

We need lift from a lot of our senior players. I'm backing us, but boy we need some of the boys to pull their finger out and stop playing like rockstars.

50/50 contest at this stage, Blues have the momentum. Was there's to lose from halfway through the second. Defensive transition has been far superior to Melbourne's, putting more pressure on our backs than we do theirs. We saw in that quarter that when you're on top in that way and being effective in transition, eventually you'll score. We've dominated possession but it's overuse and inefficient disposal.
