Can't see how a trade could be orgestrated for Martin.

As for Deludio the Tigers list is in terrible shape so they'll be looking at picks and are in a position to pay a good portion of his salary.

Gold.

What the feck are teachers getting paid for these days?

Hanley wouldn't be a bad pick up considering we need a bit of pace off half back.

Really? Hunt not quick enough? We have more than enough HBFs

Hoskin-Elliot anyone?

Had a good couple of year early on from memory.

I'm a fan. Not getting a regular game at GWS is no crime given how much talent they have up there. I'd be thrilled if we could get him in.

Amazing how GWS have all these blokes in the 2's that can't get a game. They'll get decent draft pics for these blokes and continue to pick up more talent.

I recall a couple of us advocating a big push for Zak Jones, when he wasn't getting games at the Swans. Too late now.

Zak Jones is a reasonable player but not much to get excited about.  Hunt, Salem, Jetta, Hibberd, probably Melksham all have him covered.

Fair call, Hunts a jet but we could do with another quick.

Nup I beg to differ, if the right trade came up I would part with him! Brayshaw that is!

Jeez people on here overrate Melksham. What are his credentials as a backman?

Very small sample size, but he played off half back in the last half dozen games of 2015 and did quite well. Goodwin recruited him to fill a half back role off the back of these games.

We need more long term guaranteed best 22.  We don't need more Bugg or Kennedy or slightly better versions of them.  We need very good players who will push Vandenberg and Garlett down to depth.  We should be chasing Mitchell and Hartlett.  We have enough talented youth coming through.  I'd be happy to put next year's 1st on the table.  It's self-fulfilling, with Mitchell and/or Hartlett in our team we finish higher.

I am not a fan of Kennedy. Don't see him lasting long with us.

Redleg,I am not convinced we can give away a first round pick two years running and if you could it would be like a dog chasing its tail. The important thing is to recruit two delisted  experienced players out of Scott Thompson,Harvey and Petrie. Lets not get on the too old, too slow bandwagon,Harvey will get more Branlow Votes than most Dee players. We need to get another Hunt and a ready to go young guy to play ruck/forward or we turn O'Mac into that kind of player. We also need a CHF and a CHB. Regarding BUGG and KENNEDY we need to step them which could be done  via physical training or whatever. Duryea of Hawthorn took 4yrs to become a regular player.Recruitment is important to get the right people.

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. 2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield.
