Salem unless suspended for Wagner and Watts for Weideman

Garlett has a few credits

Would not be surprised if we rested Petracca and/or Oliver but I hope not.

Cannot see Hogan being ready but perhaps he could  play VFL in the bye week all going well

Would think frosty would come in to play on hipwood

weid won't play again this season although took Goodwin a long time to drop him earlier this season.

Petracca should be dropped for watts would be happy to see him "rested"

I thought Wagner did some really good things and made some great decisions, especially in the first quarter. Why no love for him? Must admit I rarely notice his defending being much chop, which I guess is his main job.

Out: Wagner

In: Salem (if free to play)

Happy to let Weid have a crack at a bit more of an inexperienced side. He showed some ok signs today.

Would love to have another big bodied player like Stevie J or Mumford....a ruckman that can play forward.

Hopefully, we can get someone for next year. Another Pedo like player who knows how to throw his weight around.

FFS watts in???? What the actual [censored]!! And if he plays soft? Recall Weidman and the cycle continues?

Watts did did nothing for an AFL player playing VFL and people want him back, what message does that send?

Makes Watts earn it, weeds atleast goes hard.

Out: Weed Wagner

In: Watts Frost

Honestly, if this thread had been up at 3 qtr time I would have added Hannan to the outs. Hannan was HUGE when it counted most. Wagner was ok, I just think Brisbane are tall down forward and need a plan B if the MacBrothers struggle on them.

Nah...Watts not trying much is still much better than Weids best,

On that basis its better if hes in.

B4 anyone says its rewarding lack of effort....Remember that jacks form b4 he was rushed back in was very good.

Jack Watts comes back in if he had an absolute blinder for Casey. If he didn't, he stays there.

I don't want Clayton's omissions like we had in the Neeld era where we would send blokes to the magoos 'as a lesson' for 'not trying'.

You kick down the door for your spot in the team or you don't get in. Simple.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
