  1. Forward line nowhere near as dynamic and defenders for opposition not as accountable without him up forward. We have absolute weapons in the midfield already.
  2. Trac you are such an absolute legend
  3. He still got the fourth most votes for our club after Trac, Vin, Gawn…
  4. Always loved Mitch. A proper footballer. Had an ability to just throw the ball onto the boot and find the goal. Forever a Dees legend IMO for THAT goal.
  5. Our forward line is cursed. Poor melky. Genuinely hurts us having him out. Would have played a big role against Collingwood. Tom kicked 5 today but I’m worried about his lack of dynamism if he were to come in for such a huge game.
  6. I reckon you should do them now and see how accurate you were
  7. Yeah but not even named on the extended bench is essentially being dropped, right? He can’t be sub this week.
  8. What happened to Hibbo? Surely not dropped?
  9. We had so many opportunities to win. Salem would kick that goal 9/10 just for one example. Of course we can play better. We should have won in the end.
  10. Maybe they’ll pull him early. Doubt they’d rest him for a whole game.
  11. They are absolute guns.
  12. I think it’s more about teams changing to nullify our defensive dominance from 2021.
  13. Salem is very strong in 1 on 1 marking contests for his size.
  14. 3 games in 12 days, tough place to win, Suns played well. Good test and solid win with plenty of room for improvement. Not a bad place to be in.
  15. I don’t understand how they can own the name of an actual animal
  16. By this logic no state government should ever invest in anything until they have “solved” transport, education, housing etc? We wouldn’t be seeing much from any state government right now if that was the case. I personally can’t wait to get over to Adelaide for a weekend of footy next year. I’ll be one of many spending money in the state, who would not have spent a cent there otherwise.
  17. I think you may have missed the point being made here.
  18. Yeah I think they’re still getting the balance figured out. Hopefully that defensive performance was an anomaly though…
  19. I agree. I don’t mind Melksham as sub but I just don’t think he has four quarters in him anymore. I’d prefer BBB over McDonald, but BBB isn’t going to play every game, so it might come down to playing McDonald when BBB needs a rest. I’m not sure what other option we have up forward, unless we are to persist with Petty up there.
  20. Gawn is one of the best players and captains in the league.
  21. Get OUT of here with your reasonable reaction.
  22. My take is that he had a bad quarter and then went to work and had another high quality and influential 3 quarters. If the rest of the team were as consistent as him, and as proud of their performance, we’d not have lost today.
  23. I think this is a rubbish take. Oliver tried and was well beaten for one quarter. Like the champion he is, he didn’t stop trying until the last second. Sometimes when this happens, you need others to lift around him. How many bad quarters has Oliver had in 151 games?
