The humidity affecting the Saints goal kicking. Playing in Darwin is working to our advantage for this game.

Lewis incredible. We've got lots of "promising" mids, but none of them are yet capable of getting 20 disposals in a half of footy.

6 in a row to us.

Who would have thought.

Not you, that was clear from your first quarter remarks.

Getting better.

Perhaps a sign of things to come. I was convinced that we would fold but we didn't.

We got on top in the guts.  That's why everything else clicked.  Simple.

Thanks to Watts in the ruck and Jonesy everywhere!

Thank Christ for that second qtr!

Ive gone completely rogue today and bought a carton of VB stubbies and have put a fair dent in them.

Some of that 1st quarter rubbish had me dog cowering in the corner of the couch wondering what he'd done wrong.

C'mon boys! Bring it home!

@titan_uranus - no doubt they missed some gettable shots that helped us out, but then we missed a couple in the first term as well so it evens things up.

The big change for us was that we started winning the clearances and negating their spare man behind the ball.  We weren't just kicking blindly and turning it over, we were hitting targets and getting in over the back.

It certainly helps that our experienced heads have been fantastic so far.  Lewis has been phenomenal!

Well considering how we were playing comments were justified.

Salem needs to lift big time. Oscar awful. Melksham worries me.

Melky has been okay.

Agree the other two.

No.

been average.

We really need to stop handballing too high for our players.

There's nothing more frustrating where a hand ball shoots out and one of our players has to jump for it and completely halts the momentum, which then starts a chain of tackles and a massive struggle to get it out...
