Just saw Roosy and Gawny have a hug in the middle of the ground.

God i love Roosy!

Was wondering if he would be there to see Goodys first game as coach.  Thanks for answering that question, DD.

Saints assistant coach just mentioned that McCartin will 'test' out his hammy in a VFL practice game tomorrow.

Did they make the late change more for strategy, as it seems strange that he would be a late withdrawal only to play in a practice game the next day.

Just about to head to the Mountain View to watch it (as I hate Etihad)! Hoping for a decisive win during a weekend where I have already had the pleasure of losses to Carlton and Collingwood!

Getting a little anxious/nervous, I can't eat anything or drink anything. Except for the dumplings I'm currently eating, and the rum I'm drinking.

This stadium is the utter pits.

No soft drink at the bar. It's about 50 degrees in the stadium.  Everyone is melting.

Thought it was just me. It's boiling in here!

If our entire team came out with man buns  that would annoy the saints.

We might be accused of cultural appropriation on the down side.

No negativity here... Just the anxious feeling I get as a player and a passionate member at an all time high...

I vomited 5 mins ago and 100% on task now!

This could be epic people... Let's do this!

2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. He showed great resilience in coming back from a nasty rib injury and is expected to continue in that role for another couple of seasons. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025. Once again the club’s top goal scorer but he had a few uncharacteristic flat spots during the season and the club will be looking for much better from him in 2025. 2024 Player Reviews: #3 Christian Salem

The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best. He was also inconvenienced by minor niggles later in the season. This was a blow for the club that sorely needed him to fill gaps in the midfield at times as well as to do his best work in defence. The first round draft pick at #13 from twelve months ago the strongly built medium forward has had an impressive introduction to AFL football and is expected to spend more midfield moments as his career progresses.
