Kalani White wants to play for Melbourne

Kalani White is now 197cm and taller than Jeff. He achieved All Australian hours at Under 16 level at this year’s national carnival and now apparently, a premiership with his local team.

Photo up on Jeff Whites Instagram story of Kalani next to Matt Rowell and he already has Rowell covered for height. Although not a fan of the Gold Coast academy hat he has on.

and for those interested matt rowell is 1.8m, putting kalani at about 1.83 (or 6')

I’ve since discovered that he hasn’t turned 15 yet … however, he is the oldest.

Possibly forgetting Jim Stynes’ very talented son who can play a bit. Also around 15/16ish but is also a top junior basketballer.

If anyone wants to catch a glimpse of young Kalani from his grand final today, go onto Jeff whites instagram and take a look at some highlights he's uploaded.

While it's early and a lot of water to go under the bridge, kid is showing some serious talent..

On the website interview with Jeff he brings in Kalani at the end wearing his premiership medal in a Melbourne jumpers.

Jeff says he's 14years old 6 foot 3 and got lots of growing to go.

I've read elsewhere he is breaking schoolboy high jump records.

This is looking very promising.

    Whichever way you look at it, the Melbourne Football Club’s 2024 season can only be characterized as the year of its fall from grace. Whispering Jack looks back at the season from hell that was. After its 2021 benchmark premiership triumph, the men’s team still managed top four finishes in the next two seasons but straight sets finals losses consigned them to sixth place in both years.     Demonland Trackwatcher Gator attended training out at Casey Fields to bring you the following observations from Preseason Training.     There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training.
