Yeah...well done MFC

Clarry hung out to dry ....again.

Still, makes a change from being thrown under the bus.

Some of you would do well in politics....all about the spin isnt it.

All running with hares and hunting with hounds !!

Only MELBOURNE continually rolls over. Very poor image.

Total non issue IMO

melbourne just probably aplogised so the story is finished. Clayton probably wanted to apoligise or the club said to, for what he said. AFL arent doing anymore. Lets move on.

But gee if every player reacted to what was said about them in the crowd then there would be confrontations every week. Lewis was right. Just got to ignore it.

I just hope we can get through this week against the crows without any incidents.

We apologize? I don't understand.

I don't like the North coach but you had to admire the way he got on the front foot about jumper punches being legal in his presser immediately after the game. Being proactive, defending your players, launching the case for the defence before the prosecution has even got out of bed. That's what it's all about.

There is a reason why they are a bottom 4 side. I like that Goody and our admin focus on Team first culture and that Olivers action to retaliate was unnecessary and a distraction. That the Carlton supporter is a goose has no relevance to our pursuit in winning flag.

It's semantics. The club was forced to make an apology because of the words 'going to kill you'. Legally, these words are a threat, however laughable the whole scenario is.

Probably the only thing we could've done to defuse the situation.

Behind closed doors we have Clarry's back.

That being said, a little slap on the wrist for the bozo is needed too.

clarry on tv interview tonight ch9 denied that he had threatened to kill........take what you will

Post it on social media mate and tagged all the media outlet pages. Thats  the only way you get attention on issues these days. [censored]. The AFL have a narrative and we are bent over again

I think it was afl tonight. They were talking about Crippps being injured. The footage shown  was when Hunt kicked someone I think Cripps in the back of the leg when going for ball. They said it was Clayton Oliver and the next segment was the incident on the boundary with you know who again.

https://www.foxsports.com.au/afl/scans-reveal-fractured-fibula-for-patrick-cripps-carlton-onballer-to-miss-rest-of-2017-afl-season/news-story/261f59f2d2c0be60ef486ffa0bb4e971

They stuffed up said it was Oliver instead of HUnt.

Not sure if he was giving the finger, but actually think he is beckoning Oliver to come over. Didn't see Clarry take the bait at all that time. Plenty of other Carlton supporters were also giving it to him in the vicinity too. Scum

Send it to the club, and ask them why they feel the need to role over, when instead they should be sticking by Clarrie.

Clearly this bloke thinks it's ok to verbally abuse someone and give them the bird, yet the moment he gets something returned he is the innocent one. This imbecile tries to call out Oliver for being weak, yet he seems to be the spineless one in all this.

Don't know whether to think of it as moronic irony, or an ironic moron!

I would have thought that the club defending Clary goes a long way to getting his signature when his contract ends.

This will be forgotten in 24 hours.  Oliver has already moved on by the look of it, and so should we.

What?

It was AFL Tonight. Sarah Jones accidentally said Oliver kicked Cripps as Oliver was the next story.

Simple mistake, like posting the name of the wrong show.

I wouldn't be so sure. Not saying you're wrong but a 19 year old wants to feel protected. Not sent out alone to a press conference.

Then he shouldn't be having a crack back at a fan during a game.  If he's big enough to play AFL, then he needs to have a thicker skin.

    TRAINING: Monday 20th January 2025

Demonland Trackwatcher Gator attended training out at Casey Fields to bring you the following observations from Preseason Training. GATOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS There were 5 in the main rehab group, namely Gawn, Petracca, Fullarton, Woewodin and Lever.  Laurie was running laps by himself, as was Jefferson.  Chandler, as has been reported, had his arm in a sling.  Lindsay did a bit of lap running later on. Some of the ''rehab 5'' participated in non contact drills and b

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session.
