2015 FINALS

Wellingham has a really cool man bun.

Perth seems like a top place.

Both Preliminary Finals were disgracefully over umpired, especially Friday night.

Let us hope that the GF is different and allowed we'd to flow.

Complaining about someone’s hairstyle is really scraping the bottom of the barrel in terms of insults. Right up there with “shave those sideburns, ya hippie."

You are!

Wow nth had wc on the ropes in the first quarter and a half. Waite missed an early shot which could have put them 26 points up. But good win by west coast.

Frawley has a massive job on Kennedy next week. Doubt Clarko will go with Lake again after he tore Brian apart 2 weeks ago.

Im looking forward to next week. Should be an interesting game. At least its a different team and not a sydney or freo.

Great result. Could give two shits about North's unfair run with the umps tonight; they've made a career under Scott of playing for cheap, staged, dived free kicks so karma is a dish best served warm.

Eat that losing feeling, you twits!

Still trying to make the leap from 'colorful' Gatwick identity to Brunswick hipster still Biff?

You can't get a passport over the river without a sleeve of tatts and a pair of girly slip on flat shoes with your jeans folded up-no socks.

I'm still rockin' a wifebeater singlet and stubbies Col- serves me well.

Are the umps instructed to not let teams get out to decent leads early in chosen games ? Chains of 3 rubbish frees to gift scoring opportunities . Blatant errors .To me it looks like they have intent . Is it the afls brand protection in action ? Integrety zero .

Qantas will remain reasonably happy. They had upgraded some of their 737s to 330s Friday Perth to Melbourne and would have to have rescheduled had Norf got up.

Nic nat is a overated low output high jumper . Id rather Watts

If we're discussing ruckmen then I'd rather have Max Gawn.

Naitanui is a super athlete and everything he does is spectacular but he was beaten in the ruck by Goldstein and I would hope that Max applies himself and has an injury free pre season so that he can become as good in the ruck as Goldy.

In the end, Goldstein alone without adequate support wasn't enough to overcome the combined efforts of Nik Nat and Sinclair who played a significant role as the second big man in the Eagles' team. Oddly enough, Sinclair was thereabouts for the taking for 2 or 3 years at Port Melbourne and none of the clubs were interested enough in recruiting him until WCE took him a couple of years ago.

So North get kissed on the dick by the umps for the whole season, and last night is the end of the world? Spare me - they are the worst stagers in the league and only made it past Richmond due to umpiring non-decisions.

    DELUGE by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons overcame their inaccuracy and the wet inhospitable conditions to overrun the lowly Northern Bullants at Genis Steel Oval in Cramer Street, Preston on Saturday. It was an eerie feeling entering the ground that in the past hosted many VFA/VFL greats of the past including the legendary Roy Cazaly. The cold and drizzly rain and the sparse crowd were enough to make one want to escape to the nearby Preston Market and hang out there for the afternoon. In the event, the fans

    INSANITY by Whispering Jack

Somehow, the Melbourne Football Club managed it twice in the course of a week. Coach Simon Goodwin admitted it in his press conference after the loss against the Brisbane Lions in a game where his team held a four goal lead in the third term:   "In reality we went a bit safe. Big occasion, a lot of young players playing. We probably just went into our shell a bit. "There's a bit to unpack in that last quarter … whether we go into our shells a bit late in the game."   Well

    UNBACKABLE by The Oracle

They’re billing the Brisbane Lions as a sleeping giant — the best team outside the top eight —and based on their form this month they’re a definite contender for September AFL action. Which is not exactly the best of news if you happen to be Melbourne, the visiting team this week up at the Gabba.  Even though they are placed ahead of their opponent on the AFL table, and they managed to stave off defeat in their last round victory over North Melbourne, this week’s visitors to the Sunshi

    WILDCARDS by KC from Casey

Casey’s season continued to drift into helplessness on Sunday when they lost another home game by a narrow margin, this time six points, in their Round 13 clash with North Melbourne’s VFL combination. The game was in stunning contrast to their last meeting at the same venue when Casey won the VFL Wildcard Match by 101 points. Back then, their standout players were Brodie Grundy and James Jordon who are starring in the AFL with ladder leaders, the Sydney Swans (it turned out to be their last
