Rinse and repeat stuff.

They never, ever learn from it.

They're not a class above they're just playing smarter more disciplined footy. It ain't rocket science.

I don't think I've seen one MFC kick to Dawes or Hogan all season that matches half a dozen or so I've seen to Darling or Kennedy tonight alone. They're most certainly a class above.

Would you prefer him to not contest the mark? Dunn did exactly as he should. The Umpire paid a shocker. Don't blame the player for the [censored] the umpires are dishing up.

It's a 50m penalty every day of the week.. He blatantly pushed him in the back after he took the mark. Absolute stupidity from Dunn snuffed out any chance we had

I just tuned in briefly to see that mark to Kennedy. Dunn's attempt to cover him was insipid.

Not just dumb - selfish. Too often when the going gets tough our players resort to fending for themselves. We're not tackling well tonight so off they all go trying to get a tackle. Not playing team football.

At some point we have to rid ourselves of this individualistic, selfish football and stick to playing as a team. We win as a team, we lose as a team. I can't stand it when we are overrun because our players stop doing the team things and start doing what they think they need to do themselves.

Perfect example of our braindead idiots.

Don't be daft he pushed him straight in the back - Dunn is an idiot.

Of course he did. It's a free kick any day of the week. It's not 50m though. His option was to give away the free or not contest at all. He did the right thing, provided the contest he could and slowed down the play. The push was in the marking contest. Pay a free or a mark, but it's not even close to 50m.

In all reality we are playing a team that is 3rd on the ladder. They should put away a team like us. But Id like to think we have improved and at least stuck with them.

Maybe having the bye wrecked our momentum. Instead of going into this game the week after our win against geelong we have the week off and lose it.

I just hope our players arent stuffed because we need our energy to beat the bummers next week.

Look at the time and space they have. Masten drilled one in before because there was no Melbourne player within 10 metres of him. Give most of our players that much time and they'll hit our forwards on the [censored] to.

Poor from Stretch, gave off the handball and didn't bother with the shepherd. He left Vince to be squashed like a bug.

Terrible... really left him open.

He's a kid and will learn

But I despair for our club. We've been down for so long.

HEAVEN OR HELL by The Oracle

Clashes between Melbourne and St Kilda are often described as battles between the forces of heaven and hell. However, based on recent performances, it’s hard to get excited about the forthcoming match between these two sides. It would be fair to say that, at the moment, both of these teams are in the doldrums. The Demons have become the competition’s slow starters while the Saints are not only slow to begin, they’re not doing much of a job finishing off their games either. About the only th

    THE BLOW by Whispering Jack

Narrm’s finals prospects took a crushing blow after the team’s insipid performance at Optus Stadium against a confident Waaljit Marawar in the first of its Doug Nicholls Round outings for 2024.  I use the description “crushing blow” advisedly because, although the season is not yet at it’s halfway mark, the Demons have now failed abysmally in two of their games against teams currently occupying bottom eight places on the ladder.  The manner in which these losing games were played out w

HALF FULL by KC from Casey

It was a case of the Casey Demons going into a game with a glass half full in their match up against the Brisbane Lions at Casey Fields on Saturday. As the list of injured and unavailable AFL and VFL listed players continues to grow and with Melbourne taking all three emergencies to Perth for the weekend on a “just in case” basis, its little brother was always destined to struggle. Casey was left with only eight AFL listed players from who to select their team but only two - an out-of-form

GAMEDAY: Rd 10 vs West Coast

It's Game Day and the Demons have returned to the site of their drought breaking Premiership to take on the West Coast Eagles in what could very well be a danger game for Narrm at Optus Stadium. A win and a percentage boost will keep the Dees in top four contention whilst a loss will cast doubt on the Dees flag credentials and bring them back to the pack fighting for a spot in the 8 as we fast approach the halfway point of the season.

    WARNING by William from Waalitj

As a long term resident of Waalitj Marawar, I am moved to warn my fellow Narrm fans that a  danger game awaits. The locals are no longer the easybeats who stumbled, fumbled and bumbled their way to the good fortune of gathering the number one draft pick and a generational player in Harley Reid last year. They are definitely better than they were then.   Young Harley has already proven his worth with some stellar performances for a first year kid playing among men. He’s taken hangers, k
