Even when where playing well this club still torments me, where the hell was this the past two games.

Pretty good start from the lads, happy but the inconsistency week to week kills me. Should be happier, just can't get my mind off the last two weeks.

That fat [censored] Mummy getting pantsed by Gawn so, true to form, starts going for the cheap dog shots behind play.
God I can’t stand this manufactured, soulless garbage club.

I like it how Max not only thinks he's better he's just flat out disrespecting Mummy in the process :)

No free to Greene. We got the free and Gawn turned it over immediately.

Ah sorry my bad. Ok. That makes more sense

Hmmmm... sitting here in my abode in Europe with a raging hangover from last night. I thought it might be amusing to drink large quantities of grape juice from my latest vineyard find.

a small place in the Rhône valley to the north of Avignon called Domaine Rouge Bleu. They produce a Grenache called Lunatique. Seriously, how could I not consume vast amounts?

Maaatteee how good is the south of France! Stayed in Aix for a couple of weeks on the honeymoon and travelled around the area. Also stayed in Pertuis for a week and did the same thing. The smells and sounds of Provence in spring..

No it doesn't coz he was the first D'lander to get hot on him early in the draft.  Gone cold for some reason.  I was the 2nd lol.

It makes more sense that he is comparing him to Serong, who he couldn't stop talking down about in the lead up to the draft.  Now all of a sudden we should have taken him.

Can't believe you would be defending that poster.

Could have picked why they got Mumford in this week. “Go out and see how soft they are, jump In to Max all night and pick off some of the smaller guys”

South Australian Umpire is the new Razor Ray. Don't explain something you don't understand mate.

P.S. (Mumford and Greene are slugs.)

Well all i wanted was for them to have a dip. And they are

If they could just have a crack like this every week, I'd be so proud of them.

Can a whole team be bipolar

In suburban footy the coach would word up his enforcer to take out Mummy next quarter if only to stop him maiming our players. You can see what he is there for, Max best keep an eye on him as well.

Great to see... Finally

And then that thug Mumford tries to end his night just before the end of the quarter.

Good to see “JB” glorifying that trash.

wen wil AFL get rid of Mumford who hunts others - and gets a fine and another fine - all paid by the AFL!

exactly....what a sniper

Smart to put Trac forward in this quarter as clearly they brought in De Boer to play on him. Also liked the set up with AVB in the clearances with Oliver. He is there to tackle rather than attack the footy so we don’t have 90 players all jumping on the same ball getting in each other’s way.

Langdon playing on the right wing today also pleases me greatly after the debacle of last week.

What an absolute coward is Mumford !!!! That dog should get weeks for that. It was a drug fuelled brain fade. What drugs was that pig using ?? He is an ornament to the AFL push against drug use. The AFL will whitewash the incident

Bastrrddddd s !!!!

If you're serious about protecting players heads, should Shane Mumford be still playing the sport?

Was a dog act by that fat [censored]. We didn’t even get a free kick which is bloody ridiculous. Bloody maggots.

  • NON-MFC: Round 06

The Easter Round kicks off in style with a Thursday night showdown between Brisbane and Collingwood, as both sides look to solidify their spots inside the Top 4 early in the season. Good Friday brings a double-header, with Carlton out to claim consecutive wins when they face the struggling Kangaroos, while later that night the Eagles host the Bombers in Perth, still chasing their first victory of the year. Saturday features another marquee clash as the resurgent Crows look to rebound from back-to-back losses against a formidable GWS outfit. That evening, all eyes will be on Marvel Stadium where Damien Hardwick returns to face his old side—the Tigers—coaching the Suns at a ground he's never hidden his disdain for. Sunday offers two crucial contests where the prize is keeping touch with the Top 8. First, Sydney and Port Adelaide go head-to-head, followed by a fierce battle between the Bulldogs and the Saints. Then, Easter Monday delivers the traditional clash between two bitter rivals, both desperate for a win to stay in touch with the top end of the ladder. Who are you tipping this week and what are the best results for the Demons?

  • REPORT: Essendon

What were they thinking? I mean by “they” the coaching panel and team selectors who chose the team to play against an opponent who, like Melbourne, had made a poor start to the season and who they appeared perfectly capable of beating in what was possibly the last chance to turn the season around. It’s no secret that the Demons’ forward line is totally dysfunctional, having opened the season barely able to average sixty points per game which means there has been no semblance of any system from the team going forward into attack. Nevertheless, on Saturday night at the Adelaide Oval in one of the Gather Round showcase games, Melbourne, with Max Gawn dominating the hit outs against a depleted Essendon ruck resulting from Nick Bryan’s early exit, finished just ahead in clearances won and found itself inside the 50 metre arc 51 times to 43. The end result was a final score that had the Bombers winning 15.6 (96) to 8.9 (57). On balance, one could expect this to result in a two or three goal win, but in this case, it translated into a six and a half goal defeat because they only managed to convert eight times or 11.68% of their entries. The Bombers more than doubled that. On Thursday night at the same ground, the losing team Adelaide managed to score 100 points from almost the same number of times inside 50.
