We have no method of moving the ball. This has not changed in two entire seasons. Time to give someone else a chance to coach this team.

There are so many issues, hard to know where to start. Do we even have a coach? We’re rudderless

We can’t even execute basic skills

Wow. Heads simply have to roll

I hope Bartlett is ready to get serious...

So do I, but I.have herd it all before.

Is there anything more inhumane than the suffering at the hands of this club? The fact that we find ourselves here 9 days after the Saints game is inexplicable but so typical.

[censored] I am sick of these pretenders. So they finally tried in the 3rd quarter.

congratulation.  Bunch of weak [censored]

One Crumber? Pickett, Bedford and ANB.  How many do you want?

Looking at selected team on field, and ANB isn’t a crumber!

Are we doing training sessions or running sessions during 4 day breaks? Because we are leg dead again. Port, Sydney and now this. We are clearly recovering poorly for all the genius of Burgess. We should be off legs all 4 days. I bloody hope we haven't been running.

We look knackered.

Our tackling is so so so very weak. Shame on these blokes. Shame on them.

I am so [censored] mad I cannot deal. Goody has driven this team into the ground. What an absolute joke.

The club will fold. It won't sell any memberships.

There's 5 here that are done.

Cynicism my friend after 50 years all I have left

Gawn Darcy goal

Weideman

Gawn goal Walters

Pickett 15 metres out - miss

Hibberd goal Walters

We have dumb footballers. That’s the truth.

One quarter left. Even if we win, Dees are not the quality of a Top 8 team.

Dumbest Coach

Dumbest players

And THE DUMBEST ADMINISTRATION IN AFL HISTORY.

Goodwin looks cooked. No idea. Out of his depth.

Looked like he was drafting his resignation letter in his head after that last Freo goal.

Gawn has been beyond deplorable.

I don't care about how many hitouts.

When you flop and then you get in the face of Hogan, you are making yourself look like a complete and utter [censored].

Get him out of the team, right now.

Max is overrated as a leader... May pointed out a free player and he kicks it to Kossi in a contest, just dumb

May tells our captain where to kick as there was a free player out and our captain ignores him and kicks it straight to a freo player.

Weid clearly held by the jumper at least twice in that forward contest but nothing.  Then of course the tiggy touch to Freo straight after.  Jokefest.

Why THE [censored] are we still zoning in the wet.  Find a man you [censored] IDIOTS, with the ball and / or pressure the crap outta them.

Allowing  FREO to win the ground balls, dish off and run through traffic with virtually no pressure.  Goody you've had years to teach this basic stuff.  What the [censored] are you teaching them?

It took an age for Gawn to wake up there in the back pocket and finally handball to Hibb but by then Freo had set their wall up beautifully.  Max you're ok but FCS don't over think it and think you're a great kick.  Just look for the quick handball and get on with it.

So much dumbness in this group after 3 seasons plus under Goody its incredible.

They all need to own this BS method/way/style and skills.  It's not AFL worthy.

I can’t wait for the second season of ‘To Hell and Back’.

It’s bound to epic.

Have a good summer folks. See you in 2021 for what is probably us on the decline ready for the next rebuild.

There is no promise in this team. Nothing.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.

  • CASEY: Williamstown

The Casey Demons issued a strong statement to the remaining teams in the VFL race with a thumping 76-point victory in their Elimination Final against Williamstown. This was the sixth consecutive win for the Demons, who stormed into the finals from a long way back with scalps including two of the teams still in flag contention. Senior Coach Taylor Whitford would have been delighted with the manner in which his team opened its finals campaign with high impact after securing the lead early in the game when Jai Culley delivered a precise pass to a lead from Noah Yze, who scored his first of seven straight goals for the day. Yze kicked his second on the quarter time siren, by which time the Demons were already in control. The youngster repeated the dose in the second term as the Seagulls were reduced to mere

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Collingwood

Narrm time isn’t a standard concept—it’s the time within the traditional lands of Narrm, the Woiwurrung name for Melbourne. Indigenous Round runs for rounds 3 and 4 and is a powerful platform to recognise the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in sport, community, and Australian culture. This week, suburban footy returns to the infamous Victoria Park as the mighty Narrm take on the Collingwood Magpies at 1:05pm Narrm time, Sunday 31 August. Come along if you can.

  • AFLW REPORT: St. Kilda

The Dees demolished the Saints in a comprehensive 74-pointshellacking.  We filled our boots with percentage — now a whopping 520.7% — and sit atop the AFLW ladder. Melbourne’s game plan is on fire, and the competition is officially on notice.

  • REPORT: Collingwood

It was yet another disappointing outcome in a disappointing year, with Melbourne missing the finals for the second consecutive season. Indeed, it wasn’t even close, as the Demons' tally of seven wins was less than half the number required to rank among the top eight teams in the competition. When the dust of the game settled and supporters reflected on Melbourne's  six-point defeat at the hands of close game specialists Collingwood, Max Gawn's words about his team’s unfulfilled potential rang true … well, almost.
