Ugh. According to the AFL match page

St Kilda's transition game has been far more effective than Melbourne's. The Saints have won 41 defensive half intercepts and launched 37 points from these, while the Demons have won 50 defensive half intercepts without generating any resulting score.

Before I saw this I was merely bitterly disappointed, now I've got that feeling of futile anger that lurks in the depths of your gut.

I'm selling razor blades for the new inductees into our slasher club... at an inflated price of course for wasting our [censored] time on debates all year.

Waiting for the usual suspects to defend this buck of lazy unskilled footballers. The coach can [censored] off as well

Anyone that defends this effort should not only be permabanned, but should be be shot out of orbit along with the dozen or so overpaid hacks that are employed by our so called "club"

Your "personal" videos that you send to the members after every loss mean SFA anymore Goodwin.

Absolute shambles.

It’s not just 2019. This is the new standard. Expect it in 2020.

I really hope we were 'conserving our energy'. It's a bigger worry if we weren't.

I have been a Goodwin but not anymore! I am done!

Nothing positive to come put of this dreadful performance.

Whoever made the decision to select Oscar McDonald needs to be sacked immediately. Absolutely unforgivable.

It was obvious the aints were targeting that match up all night. The entire football world knows he's a dud, except for our FD. Heads need to roll before we get fined another $500k

This. This is a total lack of system. Almost unbelievable.. But I was there. It's true.

I think we are going OK.

I mean our skill set should have us in 18th spot, yet we still manage to hold onto 17th.

That was almost unwatchable.  We are lazy - we dont run two ways (our defensive running is a joke), we dont stick our tackles (a few in the first quarter excepted).  Some of the disposals were abysmal, even under little pressure.  We have the best ruckman in the league, but our ability to win the clearance for more than half the match.

We are obviously reaching deep with who we are putting on the park, but that was dross.  It was embarrassing.  There were so many positional errors, set-up failures and brain fades.

I have ‘stuck fat’ all year.  But that really stretches the friendship.  What do I expect against the tigers?  Almost nothing.  We are really just a terrible football team.

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc.
