Freo and west coast

All perth grandfinal. Mass exodus from melbourne as perth wankers show up en mass.

Freo wins infront of 85,000. Camp ground owners make a killing.

A GF without Hawthorn and Sydney in it would be wonderful. If that means Fremantle v West Coast, so be it.

Unfortunately, I think Sydney is a strong chance of beating Fremantle this weekend, and I think Hawthorn is likewise a good shot against West Coast. Could well be Hawthorn and Sydney hosting preliminary finals, again, which would be an utter bore.

Don't care who wins, as long as it isn't Hawthorn again.

My wish list in order:

Dogs

Adelaide

The others

Large gap

Hawthorn

I don't even care if North win it - not that they will because they're too far off the good sides. I'm just tired of the groundhog day style watching the same teams winning over and over again.

Would love to see the Bulldogs pull one out of their backsides. Not going to happen though. Think I'll have to settle for a Freo flag.

Unless you have a very personal reason otherwise, surely everyone is hoping the Dogs pull off a miracle?

Dogs for me all the way, but again, not going to happen.

I wish North and Richmond weren't playing each other so they could both be knocked out in the first round.

I hate both clubs and would love to see Whinger Harvey and Scott whimping about the injustice of it all. However, the joy of ninthmond going straight out again is just too beautiful to ignore.

So Richmond out this week and Norf asap after. Don't care much about the rest.

Or Adelaide.. what a story that would be! With big Tex to kick a bag in the granny.

the prospect of north beating Richmond after north rested their players in an effort to lose and avoid going to Adelaide (and then demand an apology) while Richmond played a full team makes me sick.

I don't know what it is, but the win over GWS is making me far more interested in the finals this year.

It's amazing how a win sparks your interest in footy again.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
