If there is something stupid to say, Aker will say it.
Roosy will be welcome back at 2 clubs after this stint is over (sadly, his original club doesn't really exist anymore). Aker is welcome at none.

Jason Akermanis thinks Jason Akermanis would be a great coach.

Roos hasn't met my expectations and has disappointed me with the evasiveness and foolish snark at the supporters, but I'm pretty confident he's a good coach.

At least I don't think he's going to Malthouse us!

I wonder what TGR thinks of bringing in Aker as a coach? Would certainly help balance out the 'introvert' issue he's obsessed with.

do you guys ever want this club to learn from its failings; or to continue traveling that same worn track along this 50 Yr carpet, ride.

without more explanation I have no idea as to your point.

Mine was simple...The results from Roos are somewhat lacklustre...is that up for debate...really ?? Have often said though he probably a good overall holistic coach...but for mine game day sux. Weve won not a lot of games under his tutelage. Thats a FACT. I would have expected better

Aker is a headline machine and quite forgetable as such... but Roos has been paid a lot of money. Players cant play his game...and lack many of the basic skills often. That deserves a question ...irrelevant from whom

Am hoping the answer comes next year with a quantum improvement.

re Roos when rebuilding the list you do NOT want to climb the ladder too quick, before acceptances. once the list is formed mostly, then wins are prioritised. its the nature of the draft currently, & therefore also the trade incentives as well, because of this.

re the mention of clubs broader culture, surely for someone of his standing, and understanding, a mention of issues in this area are to be considered, explored, & certainly listened to with respect.. NOT to get injured & really defensive about & become attacking of the mention.

this club needs a lot of self exploration inwardly, as Jimma Stynes was so good at... this club is deluded in its perception of itself, in all its working parts, broadly speaking.

Your comments about Jimmy Stynes haven't been forgotten Aker

What kind of bloke he is/was was summed up before Brad Green's last game. Still smarting after Greeny had a go at him about the tweet about Jimmy, he wrote some load of crap about Brad being a dribbler and waste of space (?) on Twitter. Sad thing for Aker was that by the stage, no one gave a crap about him and it was summarily dismissed as the ravings of an attention seeker.

Demonland Trackwatcher Gator attended training out at Casey Fields to bring you the following observations from Preseason Training. GATOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS There were 5 in the main rehab group, namely Gawn, Petracca, Fullarton, Woewodin and Lever.  Laurie was running laps by himself, as was Jefferson.  Chandler, as has been reported, had his arm in a sling.  Lindsay did a bit of lap running later on. Some of the ''rehab 5'' participated in non contact drills and b

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov
