It's time to jump on the bandwagon

I hope in 2015, from Round One, we see a forward line of Dawes, HOGAN, perhaps McCartin? Kent, Watts, JKH, Gawn and Howe.

Oh, and Gartlett.

There's another 3-4 goals.

Eight players in the forward line, could be crowded down there. Mind you Dawes is out reported.

I heard it too wyl and psd

He has a new whipping boy in the Dogs says the players are running the club.

Back to the Dees he maintained for five years we were being run by idiots and dare I say it he was probably right in the main.

The Bombers haven't escaped Denham's wrath either old dee, he was scathing last week of them having Neil Craig and Mark Neeld in their footy department considering he said they were part of the Melbourne footy department which oversaw possibly the clubs worst seasons in their recent history

Oh he was right, it was fairly ordinary how he took it out on long suffering supporters though, they/we didn't deserve the public humiliation.

But that is the past...PJ calls the shots now.

Oh Reverend I thought you had left us.

So good to hear from you.

I have very similar thoughts to you.

6 wins and few of those games where we cannot hit the side of a barn will get me smiling.

Don't worry OD, I will always be here; hovering in the ether, waiting for something worth commenting on. It's a pity some others on here don't understand the value of words and are happy to fritter them away. They'll be sorry one day when they have none left.

does a bandwaggon look anything like a reality bus?

just asking

Depends. Who wins a game of chicken between them? Or if they crash head on, which one squashes the other?

We might be a more stable club at the moment, but we don't look like getting out of the bottom 4. I'm tipping 6, maybe 7 wins next year.

Our supporter base is an incredibly resilient bunch though. IMO, the strongest in the league, but maybe I'm biased? ;) I will never give up on my club.

Personally id like to organize sum kind of donation fund to put to use as a big thank you to PJ as he almost single handed took club by the scruff of neck and completely changed the future if thus mighty fine club

Off topic but suggestions?

They've already named the VFL competition after him. Isn't that enough?

GAMEDAY: Rd 10 vs West Coast

It's Game Day and the Demons have returned to the site of their drought breaking Premiership to take on the West Coast Eagles in what could very well be a danger game for Narrm at Optus Stadium. A win and a percentage boost will keep the Dees in top four contention whilst a loss will cast doubt on the Dees flag credentials and bring them back to the pack fighting for a spot in the 8 as we fast approach the halfway point of the season.

    WARNING by William from Waalitj

As a long term resident of Waalitj Marawar, I am moved to warn my fellow Narrm fans that a  danger game awaits. The locals are no longer the easybeats who stumbled, fumbled and bumbled their way to the good fortune of gathering the number one draft pick and a generational player in Harley Reid last year. They are definitely better than they were then.   Young Harley has already proven his worth with some stellar performances for a first year kid playing among men. He’s taken hangers, k

OVER YET? by KC from Casey

The Friday evening rush hour clash of two of the VFL’s 2024 minnows, Carlton and the Casey Demons was excruciatingly painful to watch, even if it was for the most part a close encounter. I suppose that since the game had to produce a result (a tie would have done the game some justice), the four points that went to Casey with the win, were fully justified because they went to the best team. In that respect, my opinion is based on the fact that the Blues were a lopsided combination that had

    CENTIMETRES by Whispering Jack

Our game is one where the result is often decided by centimetres; the touch of a fingernail, a split-second decision made by a player or official, the angle of vision or the random movement of an oblong ball in flight or in its bounce and trajectory. There is one habit that Melbourne seems to have developed of late in its games against Carlton which is that the Demons keep finding themselves on the wrong end of the stick in terms of the fine line in close games at times when centimetres mak

    POSTGAME: Rd 09 vs Carlton

The Demons were blown out of the water in the first quarter and clawed their way back into the contest but it was a case of too little too late as they lost another close one to Carlton losing by 1 point at the MCG.
