I can't watch it on the off chance that I mistime pressing the mute button and accidentally hear something that Sam Newman says.

I also thought during the week I saw an ad where they said Bernie was on the panel but not sure about that. Anyway thought id let people know.

Gosh, can hardly wait!

I'd love for him to say he'll put Frawley up forward, and then not do it just to troll the Saints.

Just told a story how Vince took Damo Barretts glasses at the footy show after party last year. May explain some of the hate

Vince my favorite player now by a mile. Stealing Damo's glasses, while at the urinal no less, rather hilarious.

Not surprised to hear he shied away in the corner when Vincey stood next to him. Damo, no doubt a small man in many ways :P

Sorry, not even Vince and Roos can make me watch that show.

Just tape it and fast forward to the good bit.

That's what I do.

Well I am away but would consider watching it for the first time in over a decade.

In all fairness Damo cant see a thing when he isnt wearing glasses and as funny as it is im not sure it would be fun standing in a urinal not being able to see.

Spoke well enough. Didn't give us anything new. Mentioned JKH has had a great pre-season. Gave a nod to the new trade-ins. Throw to Vince to ask his impressions of the club, he said he was amazed at how hard and intense the young guys are with their training, Trengove, Watts singled out. Asked about the succession and whether he'd go a third year, duck and weave. Brings up the notion that a lot of people don't want to put their hand up in case they are turned down and it damages their reputation. Brief mention of how hard it is to be in the Saints' position with a bunch of players breaking down at just the wrong time.

Not all that much really. Tipsters said it's close but went with the Dees.

I tape the show and just watch the bits I want to see. Much easier especially in the past 3 shows essendon people have been on it. But it has been interesting watching the bits when Sam and Garry walked kokoda.

FMD!!! I just watched that rubbish for about 5 minutes. Not sure if I missed Roos or not. Could take no more. Makes me wish I lived in the pre television era. Sam Newman -the human parody. Do they trowel his face on before the show?

I feel dumber than ever.

Why? He seems happy wallowing in a cess pit every Thursday night.

HaHaHa, he's startin' to look like they Iron his face, before he goes out into the show.

Don't watch it for Roos, but Bernie is going to be one of your all-time favourite players.

You'd want to stand next to him drinking a beer at a BBQ any time you could.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the scorching morning heat to bring you the following observations of Wednesday's preseason training session from Gosch's Paddock. HARVEY WALLBANGER'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Absent: Salem, Windsor (word is a foot rash going around), Viney, Bowey and Kentfield Train ons: Roy George, no Culley today. MATCH SIM: Friday 7th February 2025

Demonland Trackwatcher Gator ventured down the freeway to bring you his observations from Friday morning's Match Simulation out at Casey Fields. Rehab: Jake Lever and Charlie Spargo running laps.  Lever was running short distances at a fast click as well as having kick to kick with a trainer. He seems unimpeded. Christian Petracca, Kade Chandler, Shane McAdam and Tom Fullarton doing non-contact kicking and handball drills on the adjacent oval.  All moving freely at pace.  I didn’

Demonland Trackwatchers were out in force as the Demons returned to Gosch's Paddock for preseason training on Wednesday morning. GHOSTWRITER'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Kozzie a no show. Tommy Sparrow was here last week in civvies and wearing sunnies. He didn’t train. Today he’s training but he’s wearing goggles so he’s likely got an eye injury. THAT WAS THE YEAR THAT WAS: 2024

Whichever way you look at it, the Melbourne Football Club’s 2024 season can only be characterized as the year of its fall from grace. Whispering Jack looks back at the season from hell that was. After its 2021 benchmark premiership triumph, the men’s team still managed top four finishes in the next two seasons but straight sets finals losses consigned them to sixth place in both years. The big fall came in 2024 with a collapse into the bottom six and a 14th placing. At Casey, the 2022 VFL p
