Bombers scandal: charged, <redacted> and <infracted>

LC it pains me because it is a continuing black mark against Aussie Rules.

The longer it goes on the longer the stain remains on the game.

It also annoys me that we should be talking about "the Game and Players" and not this bunches of cheats who should have got their punishment a year ago and yet it will go on into the 2015 season.

I am just over the whole sorry tale and want it resolved.

OD, I think we all want it resolved, but not at the expense of justice. The players association, EFC and to some extent the Federal Government have been putting pressure on to get it resolved. However, to do it quickly would only mean ASADA/WADA would have to cut corners, thereby handing EFC, the AFL, and Hird a trivial sentence. This is what I think the EFC cabal's strategy is, while all the time slowing it down via irrelevant court cases, all designed for maximum public and political impact, and then blaming WADA/ASADA for the delays. The political pressure on ASADA/WADA to get this resolved has been immeasurable. It is exactly the same tactic that was used by Lance Armstrong's lawyers against USADA, and that resolution took four years until it burnt itself out in the US Courts.

Fortunately WADA/ASADA seems to be made of sterner stuff. I have been immensely impressed with both their integrity and their resolute determination to go through the process in order to come to a just decision irrespective of the political games the EFC, the AFL and Hird try to play on them.

Fortunately, there are a number of key people of integrity left in this whole sorry saga, and I for one don't mind how long it takes as long as there is a just outcome in the end, and that means the demise of Hird, and his lackies on the EFC Board.

Day 2

And more lawyer fees

Can this appeal take a month or two in the courts?

Tanya was very colour coordinated in Essendon colours

So the message that can be taken from this fashion statement is that their club supports the suppression of the truth.

Looks more like she is auditioning for a role as a Virgin hostie..... May need a new line of work after this, lawyering may not be her go if her advice to St James was to continue....

Some funny comments posted on the HUN website yesterday - speculation as to what Tania was doing with her notebook.

Was she really taking notes or drawing ponies?

James and Tania can't help themselves being Barbie and Ken.

I just hope that High Court judge Susan Kenny has not fallen in love with pretty boy just like that South African lady judge did with Oscar Pistorius.

I just want this to end.

Im over the whole thing.

If they didnt break the rules then face the hearing and it will comer out and you will be "in this good place" you were sprooking about.

If they did break the rules then take your punishment and let the rest of the AFL fans get on with enjoying the game.

Dont keep dragging this on over words on paper over who can ask the quiestion etc.

When do we start the count down for Mr T getting a life ban by the AFL?

Difficult as she has had children....unless she thinks that her son is......oh no, that is her husband.

Certainly gives something to talk about when there is nothing to talk about! Someone has to ask Hird "The Meaning of Life!" (No Monty Python puns please!).

Tania Hird is nothing but an attention [censored]

Her fake smile entering and exiting the building was nauseating! She seems happily oblivious that there are 30 odd young men who have absolutely no idea what was injected into their bodies by their own employers.

The players concerned won't be sleeping well this week, and it has nothing to do with Hird's appeal.

Can someone tell me if the NRL Tribunal that judged the Cronulla affair was held in camera?

I assume from the paucity of information we received about that judgement, that it was.

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc.
