Once again I saw Colin Sylvia talking and SMILING with an opponent after the Brisbane loss. This is just not on and he should be dropped for a least 4 matches. What do others think?

You realise we're playing Richmond? Have you seen him against Richmond? Drop the rest of the team for letting him smile, he'll just about beat the tigers on his own.

Poor Col - maybe he just has a happy disposition. He actually goes to the same dentist as I do and having met him there, he does have a lovely set of choppers!

Maybe he should just get a frown tattooed on.

We all see what we want to see... I didn't notice it at all.

Sorry Bobby but i didn't realise smiling was a 4 week penalty.

Some people are the kind that will always smile regardless of good or bad situations. Maybe one of his opponents sledged him and he thought it better to just smile rather than react physically.

Or maybe he just offered a smile of congratulations after the game whilst being dirty about the result in a show of sportsmanship.

You are entitled to your opinion Bobby, but in answer to your question, i think it is a ridiculous notion.

This site gets sillier and sillier. There is already a bring back "juice" thread and dumb threads thread! Do we need another?

I think we need more .

I'm over this shizen about players smiling with opponents. As far as I'm concerned, if they are bastards on the field and best mates afterwards, then all good. I have no problem with good sportsmanship. Move on from these petty "worries" fcs.

We need some Levity, or we'll all be frowning.

Wow, from the thread title I thought he wrote off another car..

Ridiculous thread. Honestly think we have bigger fish to fry than somebody's jovial disposition.

Well done 'TheoX'. Yes, I am jesting. I reckon I was taken a bit too seriously by some. Sure, it's all right to smile AFTER the game. My silly post was in response to a couple of SERIOUS posters who did not appreciate Col. smiling after one of bad defeats a few weeks ago.

Hey I worked it out immediately, but the I've come across from Ology where silly threads are welcomed as part of the culture of rich diversity.

Glad to hear it Bobby.

It is sometimes difficult to tell a [censored] take from real opinion round here!

Honestly... what's happening to Demonland?

Since 'ology flatlined, things here have become a bit ridiculous.

Puzzled.

None of these 'threads' have been started by old 'ologists

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
