Jones was a loose cannon sniper dog.

Saw him outside a bigw years back ready to sign books . Looked a beaten man

Has there been any media chatter about this hit?

Nothing!

If this was a bigger name player would the result be the same?

Wow I thought maybe 1 week but 2 come on.

He didn't even concuss him

AFL 360 are going nuts about it. Gerard and even Robbo cannot believe it

Lynch ,Hawkins, Cripps all get off for deliberate acts.

Our lad gets two week for a spoil.

It's a simple appeal:

No sane person could possibly come the conclusion that this warrants anything close to a suspension

And then sue them for restraint of trade ontop

The two players involved in heavy collisions can now be cited.

Most probably only if two MFC players

Edited by kev martin

Wait a minute- was this was just the regular tribunal hearing because we didn't accept the 2 week offer? So is there still scope for an appeal of this decision? Get Cripps's QC on the case.

Okay, so can we appeal again?

Anyone got the AFL Law book handy? What are our options? Injunction at law? Serious.

  • CASEY: Brisbane

From the outset, the Casey Demons lacked any spring in their steps. They were out-hustled and out-bustled and finally outplayed by the Brisbane Lions by 38 points on their home turf in perfect conditions at Casey Fields.

  • PREVIEW: Brisbane

They really had me fooled when I picked them with great confidence to beat the Bombers at Gather Round last week. I should have recognised that nothing is more quintessentially Melbourne than defeating the undefeated early premiership favourite one week and losing to a winless cellar dweller on its way to establishing a record losing streak the next.
