Can’t blame the umpires when you play like that. Dead in the water, Collingwood licking their lips for QB.

We kicked the first 5 goals of the game and then could only kick 4 more. Offence is rubbish.

At least we didn’t get blown out like vs Freo

So average and still could have won it😡

Sloppy all night.

Ridiculous panicked handballs crucified ourselves.
Viney and Gawn best.

Tonight I watched Max Gawn play the Sydney Football Club, and he only fell two goals short!

We dropped  the Adelaide and Collingwood games at the same time last year. Is it a pattern. We only just beat Sydney last year at the G, as I remember it. No need to panic yet!

Least surprising result of the year.

Wholesale restructure of the forward line is needed.

Yet again taking it easy when when get 4-5 goals up early in a game.

Collingwood will chop us up.

Our lack of connection, hunger and skills for much of this year has been masked by the fact we have played mostly average teams. We've played two contenders and have been shown up - and yet again in circumstances where they play their game of the year. Despite us being premiers, teams still fancy themselves against us.

The Pies will smell blood in the water.

Not that it cost us, but the umpiring was putrid.

Maxy was huge.

That hurt, too many goals from dubious decisions, Swans played well though took the game on. I thought Viney, ANB, Max and Kozzie had great games. Kozzie to the middle we look better when he is on ball. We lost it though apart from the umps, in the air. M. Brown stays.

So many mistakes in the last quarter. I hope it was because we’re loading up on the track and we were just exhausted. Sparrow and Lever had some horrible moments in the last quarter and we missed some very easy kicks at goal at crunch time.

Our form is horrible

No fluency or rhythm at all. So stodgy

Nothing happening up forward other than the odd spark from Fritta. Whats happened to BB?

Maxy immense. Oliver, Petty, Viney not bad. Gud did well last quarter. The rest passengers

Big test for the coaching group now to right this ship. Not panic stations but we need to fix this. Queens birthday game is huge now

Not up to it. On current form we’re a middle of the road team. Defensive pressure poor. Connection into forward line poor. Hawks unreal marking masks how bad our transition was tonight. A lot of work to do for second half of the year.

We have some things to figure out, and quickly.

Decision making with ball in hand. There has to be SOME awareness of the game around you.

How to handball

Spread from stoppage.

When to play on from a mark/free kick and when not to.

Numerous times players in vicinity of the play standing watching.

Our forward set up.

We only lost by 12 points, but the general play was excruciating to watch as mistake after mistake.

Very disappointing circumstances for final 2 goals.

GG Sydney, they played out of their skins and deserved the win.

See you in September
