BAMF 4,479 Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Tiernan Stynes is the same age and would be eligible for the same draft. I have no idea if he is even playing football anymore. He seems more focused on Basketball. 1 Quote
manny100 1,625 Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 From a 9th May 2018 AFL Website article on Father/Sons: Watch list: Jeff White's son Kalani, 11, is another the club is keeping an eye on while he plays his footy for Surfers Paradise in Queensland. White also has twin sons named Kai and Tahj, still only seven years old. Adem Yze's son Noah, 12, Aaron Davey's son Marley, 8, David Schwarz's son Cooper, 14 and Shane Woewodin's son Taj, 15, are others on the Demons' radar, although admittedly they are all very young. Defender Nathan Brown also has three sons – Kynan, 13, Jake, 11, a talented soccer player, and Ryder, 9. Past father-son successes: Todd and Jack Viney are the club's major success story, with father and son both winners of the Demons' best and fairest award (1993, 1998 and 2016 respectively). Steven and Billy Stretch, Ron Barassi snr and jnr, Alan and Chris Johnson and Glenn Molloy and Graham Molloy are other examples of Melbourne's father-son combinations. - Ben Guthrie 5 Quote

dazzledavey36 56,274 Posted April 3, 2022 Author Posted April 3, 2022 Kynan Brown has made the official Oakleigh Chargers squad this year as a bottom age prospect. Is eligible for father son next year. Oakleigh will be quite strong this year and young Kynan was named emergency for today's win against Sandringham Dragons. From what I have been told, Kynan is around the 180cm mark and is a tough midfielder who goes in hard. 12 5 1 Quote
whatwhat say what 23,812 Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 if he's bottom age this year i presume that means he's draft eligible next season? 2 Quote

Would likely get the right answer from Richo or Hodge 2 Quote

Elwood 3184 1,365 Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 Played for Oakleigh Chargers as a bottom age player at the weekend. From Rookie Me Central ~ #55 Kynan Brown “One for Melbourne fans to watch as a potential father-son candidate, Brown (son of Nathan), produced some exciting moments in his NAB League debut. The hard-at-it midfielder got a run through the engine room and also impacted up forward, snaring two goals from 17 disposals and four inside 50s. Both of Brown’s majors were fair efforts, particularly the second term snap which he seemed pretty pleased with. Still a bottom-ager, there’s some exciting traits to work with.” 2022 NAB League Boys snapshot: Round 7 Height 180cm DOB 13/01/2005 10 3 2 Quote
