Dunno, either no change or Vandenberg for ANB

No change, unless forced

No change.

I agree I’d think about Harmes out for Sparrow.
Harmesy fumbles and seems to run back into trouble.  But he’s heart keeps him in.

Harmes and AN are the 2 in question. But on tonites performance probably none.

Zero

ANB out for Sparrow?

Vanders/Melksham in for Harmes who is medi-sub?

Edited by ProperDee

Only one who could possibly go is AnB. His fumbling was horrendous but he was a bit better in the second half.

His handballs are never good either puts us under the hammer or the oppo get it

Harness, maybe, and ANB would be those under serious question, but will depend on who does what for Casey as well.
Of course there could be “niggles” and “management”, but thank the lord that those who advocated Kozzie being “rested” tonight went unheeded.

I can’t see them dropping ANB. The mix of smalls has worked pretty consistently all year. I’m not dropping him after one average game just as I wasn’t dropping Pickett after several.

Harmes is the only question mark for mine, and it’s just a question of if we want something a bit different in that final midfield spot with Vandenberg or Melksham. I see no point in dropping him for another like player in Sparrow.

I’m thinking no change though after that result.

Harness and Maybe? Niggles and Management I don't know these nicknames, is Maybe Maysie, Niggles Nibbler. And Management, Goodwin? ?

No change this is the best team we have got.

Do they sacrifice ANB's defence stuff for Melksham's offence upside if he tears Casey to shreds? Maybe, but doubt it.

No change i wouldn't have thought, if Nathan Jones were fit, i wouldn't mind seeing him come in for Harmes, better ball user and more clean/one touch.

Harmes needs a negating role or he doesn't seem to play as well, wouldn't mind seeing him run with Mitchell or O'Meara and maybe Viney the other.

It's great to beat Port but we simply can't afford to drop any of our games against the Hawks, Suns or Crows. we need at least those 3 wins to feel pretty safe in top 4. if we can win 1-2 of the other 3 games happy days.

On tonights form we probably go very close to winning 5 or more of our remaining games. potentially all of them.

Bring in the Weed for Spargo, one small to many!

Harmes has been very ordinary the last two weeks but at his best, he's a good player. I'd back him in to find some form over the next couple weeks.

Alex Nearly Bullen - out!

In - someone better, which can't be to damn hard to find.  Chandler, bedford, lockhart, the crazy looking rednut that has played a game or three, Vanders FFS.

No change.
Sparrow probably won’t be sub again. Maybe Melksham sub.

  • REPORT: North Melbourne

I suppose that I should apologise for the title of this piece, but the temptation to go with it was far too great. The memory of how North Melbourne tore Melbourne apart at the seams earlier in the season and the way in which it set the scene for the club’s demise so early in the piece has been weighing heavily upon all of us. This game was a must-win from the club’s perspective, and the team’s response was overwhelming. The 36 point win over Alastair Clarkson’s Kangaroos at the MCG on Sunday was indeed — roovenge of the highest order!

  • CASEY: Werribee

The Casey Demons remain in contention for a VFL finals berth following a comprehensive 76-point victory over the Werribee Tigers at Whitten Oval last night. The caveat to the performance is that the once mighty Tigers have been raided of many key players and are now a shadow of the premiership-winning team from last season. The team suffered a blow before the game when veteran Tom McDonald was withdrawn for senior duty to cover for Steven May who is ill.  However, after conceding the first goal of the game, Casey was dominant from ten minutes in until the very end and despite some early errors and inaccuracy, they managed to warm to the task of dismantling the Tigers with precision, particularly after half time when the nominally home side provided them with minimal resistance.
