Wow, that so sums up our year.  We had moments.  What I found interesting (read frustrating), was that most players had good moments, and then had absolute crap ones.  Lever - marks it and pumps it out on the full, twice.  Jones - delivers into 50 beautifully, and then does that rancid kick out that costs us the goal.  Angus - does some great things, then some [censored].  Only Maxy and Fritsch can hold their heads high, for a full game effort.

ANB hitting the post was so us 2019.

Time to hang up the Boots Jones..

He can't b captain next yr in fact he will need 2 spend time @ Casey or better still retire. Would rather Bernie Vince back than him.

Is there any chance ANB can ever kick straight from 30 metres out??

I am one of ANB harshest critics but the kick was from 50 and was a reasonable effort which just missed.    Melksham puts his hands up saying he should have passed to him but he wasn't free enough for that option.

If there was any doubt about two rucks making the AA team again this year that was completely put to rest by Gawn's performance against the third best ruck in the comp.  The guy is amazing.

This list is not going to be able to execute any game plan until there is a significant improvement in the basic skills. Pre season to be spent with a football in hand100% of the time, even during the time trials.

Fritta and Gawn were amazing today, but too many B graders.

Seen enough of Stretch Wagner Spargo ANB and JKH

Jones one more year ands that’s about it.

The players you mention here just seem to come in and out, in and out of the side and never seem to have an impact. Surely its time to clear out the dead wood.

Jones Very poor .. you think an experienced player captain/leader would say get to the boundary! What's that say about our leadership/ culture ???

Jones has experience in losing teams

it is not all his fault, but he is a contributor.

It is time he moved on...

Barring disastrous injuries next year, Jones should end his career at Casey.

half way through the last we were kicking at 36%. 36%!!!!!!  Lever had about 3 in a row. You Cant win if you cant frikn kick. Preuss missing from 10 and ANB missing from 30 in the last and 1.7 in the last also.... just about sums the whole thing up.

That being said....fritsch is beginning to really look the goods. Something to be hopeful for.

Our season is over, sweet relief! Now we can look to 2020 knowing it should/has to get better (it has to, right?!), and at the very least can't get worse!

Commentators were drooling over Grundy’s game last night all telecast (it was a great game btw), but Max showed today why he is the greatest in my view. What a professional with a never die attitude! Just remember his game today and we might get through the pain a little bit easier.

As far as the Coleman goes, I hope Cameron kicks 12 against the Suns tonight, got sick of the constant cheering for Ben10.

Postive from today.... almost 3 quarters of better ball movement/accuracy from more players....in the game.

Until the last where our energy /tank ran out? Skills dropped off a cliff and we reverted back to chaos crash bash style ...and lost.

Dead set Jones anyone would know that kick needed to go down the line and we expect our boys to follow this bloke?

They said on the radio there was no one down the line to kick to and gawn was trying to get across.

Also do we blame Oliver  for giving away that undisciplined 50?

And what the [censored] has happened to Salem, Goodwin is the worst coach ever, he has ground these blokes to the point they have forgotten how to bloody handball and kick

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc.
