Fritsch is doing my head in this season, he’s a turn over merchant

Not really but in this game yes.

OMG FMD Frosty.

3 quarters of chaos ....smashed them and couldn't put a winning score on the board.  Exhausted plus plenty of umpiring assistance and the Eagles coast away

Frost. A nightmare footballer. Don’t care what anyone says. He is a shocking footballer who makes costly mistakes.

Lever cannot come back quickly enough.

What the [censored] was that. Frist has been so much better recent weeks but 2 bad errors just remind us of what he can do.

Frost will be blamed but Nathan Jones fumbles again which is why it ends up in the square.

We have regressed to dumb 2019 football.

Cant blame Frost, hes been great tonight

Intercepts backs for WCE killing us this qtr since Smith went off with that 'legal' sling tackle

Port game from last year all over again. Damn shame and can we hire a composure coach.

3 goals in 3 minutes

yep... the gameplan will do that to you every time

We just lack class. Really disappointing from a few blokes in particular who should hold themselves responsible

I watched him against the hawks and GC live mate, tonight has been the same, if we didn’t have so many injuries he’d be playing are casey we’re he belongs this year

Looking to see Rioli rubbed out for his concussion causing sling tackle on Smith

Goodbye 2019. You’ve been a horrible waste of time and money. See you in 2020.

Seriously Petracca should be sent back to VFL to learn how to kick, bad kicking cost us the game

It's Game Day on Friday night. ANZAC Eve. The big stage at the ‘G. The Demons return to the spotlight for one of our most significant nights on the football calendar, taking on the Tigers in a clash that always carries extra weight given the gravity of occasion of the commemoration of the ANZAC Spirit. Under the lights, in front of a packed house, this is where moments are made. Can the Dees rise to the occasion and deliver on the big stage, or will Richmond spoil the night? All the build-up, discussion, and in-game reactions here. Go Dees.

  • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? At the time, Gold Coast and Brisbane were the competition’s early pace-setters, the flavours of the month, and the prospect of the Demons toppling both within the course of a fortnight seemed remote. Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.

Before Sunday, the last time the Brisbane Lions had walked onto the turf of the Melbourne Cricket Ground, they celebrated the pinnacle of the sport - an AFL premiership secured in emphatic fashion for the second consecutive year.

  • CASEY: Brisbane

From the outset, the Casey Demons lacked any spring in their steps. They were out-hustled and out-bustled and finally outplayed by the Brisbane Lions by 38 points on their home turf in perfect conditions at Casey Fields.
