Now we need to sign up Josh Mahoney.  Don't know when his contract expires but would guess in the next year or two.  He is a critical part of the team.  An excellent media performer who is solid, stable and engenders confidence.

Let's give thanks to Paul Roos and Peter Jackson for their fantastic work, and their foresight in giving us the coaching recruit of the decade. Making Melbourne great again! Goodwin has a very smart manager, getting him a three year contract before we have played a game this year, and coming directly off our worst loss from 2018.  Very clever.  We couldn't have waited until round 10 to see if he was worth continuing with?
