Elegt 872 Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 glad to see him go but disappointed we didnt make a trade for him- would get a game at carlton 1 Quote
Wiseblood 24,637 Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 Best of luck to Buggy. He was going okay until he punched Mills. He was never the same player, or probably rated as highly by the FD, ever again. 4 Quote
Diamond_Jim 12,778 Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 2017 was a great year for Tom that ended with the game against the Swans. Thought he would make it back in 2018 but it was not to be. Thanks Tom. 1 1 Quote

Wells 11 5,503 Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 Thanks Tom, Im not sure the club gave you quite the protection you needed after the Mills incident. But he was always a heart and soul player. Crap shot at goal lol...but a heart and souler. 5 Quote

darkhorse72 1,943 Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 Fringe player who killed any momentum to cement his spot with a stupid punch. Likely to be picked up as a free agent. Quote
Sir Why You Little 37,464 Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 Thanks Tom, was hoping you could get more games, but it didn’t happen. You made Hardware Lane... 2 Quote
monoccular 17,760 Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 He made an AFL list and played a few games, which is more that most of us here can boast. Sorry that he didn't make the grade with us. "He is gone, But he was here...." (Apologies to Willie Nelson) 2 Quote

Dr.D 1,771 Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 thanks buggy. Unfortunately hung up to dry for his hit on Mills. Not the first player to have a brain fade. Some players Goodwin just doesn't favour and Bugg was one of them. 2 Quote
DubDee 26,683 Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 Says a bit about the club when players of Bugg's quality are delisted in their prime. An excellent runner and tough too. I expect him to get picked up. Good to see him exiting with class. no more junior or beamer debacles 6 Quote
Jibroni 5,058 Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 He was going well until that game against the Swans. Good luck Tom i finding a new home. Quote
Clintosaurus 7,953 Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 We must have a few coming in. Quote
Guest Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 It shows how one brain fade can knock you on your arze in any walk of life. Gaff and Bugg basically threw similar punches (though Gaff's connected way worse based on the severity of injury inflicted) but sadly for Tom, Gaff is an A grader at his best while Tom was always depth/a role player. Cranky Franky 2,270 Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 Wasn't the hit on Mills it was the fact that his disposal by foot could be terrible at times - it just was not up to AFL standard. Quote
brendan 3,458 Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 He would get a gig at the suns, if anything he is a good trainer Quote
