As a supporter and member I can please myself as to my views.

I can't stand Bugg and hope he's played his last game in red and blue.

Mainly because he's sh1thouse.

I just don't get that Pro Dee. We differ here.

Out: Bugg, Viney, Tyson, White.

In: Kent, Trengove, Maynard, JKH.

Wagner deserves to be dropped, but I can't see anymore than 4 changes. We are running out of fit bodies to run out in the park.

Still has to get through a test. I have Jack and Jeffy down as questionable. I hope both are back but I'm looking at options if those 2 can't get up.

Thought I heard Jon Ralph say Watts was only likely to return round 18.

Hopefully all three miss. We deserve some luck.

I think they all played out the game didn't they?  So I doubt they miss

John Ralph would have no more idea than the man in the street. Goodwin said he was a chance which to me means not this week but next

I don't think Maynard comes in.  Although he is finding the ball, I don't think his skills are up to it yet.

Out:  Viney, Bugg, Tyson and White

In:  Hogan, Garlett, Smith and Kennedy

Watts comes in of course if available

Gee, if Marchbank & Weitering miss that would be huge.Yes,not their elite midfield but would seriously affect their structure. Wishful thinking.?

To me it doesn't matter who is out of an opposition team cause it doesn't matter.

We just need to beat them no matter who is or is not playing.

It could be time to get creative again maybe play a loose man behind the ball and tag their play maker off half back Doherty for starters.

Only play guys who are fit witha view to pinch a win or two over the next month and come home strong when we get players back in 4 weeks or there abouts .

Give johnstone or kielty a go, really need to see if our depth players are up to scratch

There's depth players & then there's lambs to lions.. Both no where near ready. I've watched both in the VFL.

I'd like hope they would take Trengove over Kennedy. At least Trengove can use it!

I don't disagree but I think his papers have been stamped unfortunately.  His leg speed hasn't helped

(If Hogan, Garlett and Watts come in it will more than compensate.)

None of those players are inside mids, won't compensate anywhere except the team sheet. Contested ball is our BRAND.

It allows petracca to go into the mid full time for one, secondly watts and Garlett are much better uses of the ball meaning it won't be turned over as much when compaired to say White and Wagner. Additionally it gives the team more structure. I'm not saying u win finals without them but a team like Carlton with 4 wins shouldn't be a problem. If it is we are kidding our self about having any sort of impact come September. Very rearly does a team have there best 22 or even best 18 any given week if dees can't beat a team that sit on 4 wins after 14 games with 3 mids out we have bigger problems than injuries

Maynard will surely play, hes 25, a mature body, smooth mover and is racking up the footy in VFL.  Why draft him if we arent gonna play him when our midfield is depleted?

In -     Hogan, Garlett, Maynard, J.Smith

Out - Viney (inj), Tyson (inj), Bugg (susp), White

Harmes, ANB and Stretch all need to lift, they were pitiful vs the Swans and are lucky to be in the team.

    GOLDIE'S METTLE by Meggs

On a perfect night for football at the home of the Redlegs, Norwood Oval, it was the visiting underdogs Melbourne who led all night and hung on to prevail in a 2-point nail-biter. In the previous round St Kilda had made it a tough physical game to help restrict Adelaide from scoring and so Mick Stinear set a similar strategy for his team. To win it would require every player to do their bit on the field plus a little bit of luck.  Fifty game milestoner Sinead Goldrick epitomised

    REDLEG PRIDE by Meggs

Hump day mid-week footy at the Redlegs home ground is a great opportunity to build on our recent improved competitiveness playing in the red and blue.   The jumper has a few other colours this week with the rainbow Pride flag flying this round to celebrate people from all walks of life coming together, being accepted. AFLW has been a benchmark when it comes to inclusivity and a safe workplace.  The team will run out in a specially designed guernsey for this game and also the following week

    REDEEMING by Meggs

It was such a balmy spring evening for this mid-week BNCA Pink Lady match at our favourite venue Ikon Park between two teams that had not won a game since round one.   After last week’s insipid bombing, the DeeArmy banner correctly deemanded that our players ‘go in hard, go in strong, go in fighting’, and girl they sure did!   The first quarter goals by Alyssa Bannan and Alyssia Pisano were simply stunning, and it was 4 goals to nil by half-time.   Kudos to Mick Stinear.

    REDEEM by Meggs

How will Mick Stinear and his dwindling list of fit and available Demons respond to last week’s 65-point capitulation to the Bombers, the team’s biggest loss in history?   As a minimum he will expect genuine effort from all of his players when Melbourne takes on the GWS Giants at Ikon Park this Thursday.  Happily, the ground remains a favourite Melbourne venue of players and spectators alike and will provide an opportunity for the Demons to redeem themselves. Injuries to star play
