Trying to remember who was the fabulous Demonland track watcher up there last time who gave us really insightful and accurate reports. Apologies for my bad memory. Was great to read.

There must be some Demon fans up there on the Sunshine Coast ready to report on the Demons' training camp at Maroochydore?

Surely?

You are probably closer to Maroochydore than most Dees fans .

Today's first day of the camp they flew up there  so they would have only settled in today

I made it down to training for a little bit this morning, managed to get in a selfie which was pretty good.

I spoke to Lewis (he's hotter in person) who said Melbourne is way better than Hawthorn.

I left my satchel on the plane, does anyone know if there is a Louis Vuitton store in Marrochydore?

I asked Salem about his Thyroid, he said they were good, we had a laugh together.

The players did a few drills and kicked the ball around, looked pretty good to me.

Now we know what the problem is. Salem has more than one thyroid gland.

Thanks Drunkn.

I clicked on the #mfccamp in the tweet and their are some awesome photos.  Also interviews with Hunt and Stretch.  Stretch looks HUGE!

Based on the Hunt interview it seems the focus will be on the 'footy side of things and the game plan'.  Already, we are ahead of where we were this time last year when we were still building fitness and serious game plan work came later.

Yeah mate! Has put on at least 8kgs of muscle since then, if not more. I know I'm biased but everyone should be keeping a close eye on him.

Is that what he said.

He sounded inebriated to me.

THE ACCIDENTAL DEMONS by The Oracle

In the space of eight days, the Melbourne Football Club’s plans for the coming year were turned upside down by two season-ending injuries to players who were contending strongly for places in its opening round match against the GWS Giants. Shane McAdam was first player to go down with injury when he ruptured an Achilles tendon at Friday afternoon training, a week before the cut-off date for the AFL’s pre-season supplemental selection period (“SSP”). McAdam was beginning to get some real mom

RETURN TO NORMAL by Whispering Jack

One of my prized possessions is a framed, autographed guernsey bearing the number 31 worn by my childhood hero, Melbourne’s champion six time premiership player Ronald Dale Barassi who passed away on 16 September 2023, aged 87. The former captain who went on to a successful coaching career, mainly with other clubs, came back to the fold in his later years as a staunch Demon supporter who often sat across the way from me in the Northern Stand of the MCG cheering on the team. Barassi died the

We'll break down the Match SIM against North Melbourne and wrap up the preseason with insights into training and our latest recruits.
