Boyd still looks like a log, but it's in games like this that can turn careers. Just look at Tom Hawkins.

Is this one of the greatest posts on Demonland? I think so. A minute later Boyd kicked his first.

I also called the Boyd will kick the winning goal with my mates. Winner. The MFC in 2018! ;)

Tom Boyd was immense in the second 0nd half. Earnt nis salary big time. Boyd, Johannisen and Picken were really good as were Rampe, Kennedy and Grundy for the Swans.

The head tells me I am crazy, but genuinely think the Dogs will win this by about 20 points. If they are within 3 goals at quarter time they will win it. Am also tipping some Buddy inaccuracy will burn the swans and Johanison (sp?) to get Coleman

Wish I was a gambling man!!!

Not quite sure about that, but I think you may have just posted the record for most self-quoted posts.

You're definitely a legend AF, but for now, lunchtime is over.

Same motto used by the Red Sox in 2004 when they won their first world series in 86 years

Boyd was great, Johannisen absolutely butchered the ball today but got plenty of it, Picken was very good, but Kennedy was just sensational.

It's good but we should follow

"We're not here to take part-we're here to take over."

To think we hired Mark Neeld while there were guys like Luke Beveridge kicking around.

Don’t worry. Paul Roos will get us the flag next year.

But Kennedy wasn't wearing red, white and blue.

I thought Kennedy was BOG by a mile.

Bevo has turned the theory that coaches shouldn't get too close to their players on its ear. Those blokes love each other.

I'm happy that our blokes love Goodwin.

I'm happy for the Bulldogs, destroys the myth that you need to be a rich club to win premierships.

On top of that, that you can't win a flag from outside the top 8.

Digging through threads on bigfooty, I got hounded when I said you can't understate the pressure and skill of finals football, that ANYONE can win it if they believe they can.

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session.
