He's a good footy player. I much prefer the desire to turn footy players into athletes that we seem to doing in the last two years than trying to get some 'specimens' in and teach them footy.

If he's small and has no speed, how did he make an AFL list?

That's what many on here are beginning to question.

He's nimble, reads the play well, has good skills and is apparently a good leader. He definitely had a case of the second-year blues in 2015, but I think he's got potential to be a decent AFL player.

He seems to react quickly, read the play well and is evasive when he has the footy. He doesn't have raw speed over 20m.

He's a good footy player.

I'll watch the grand final of course ... but I'll never really enjoy it knowing my team's not involved.

Prefer to watch my grandkids playing footy or basketball but both are out of season for juniors ATM.

I might be a bit strange, but my favourite part of grand final day is the game itself.

Take heart! It is still possible that Daniel Chick has kept the receipts.

Eagles could win a premiership and be stripped of one in the same week.

That would also make Roos a two-time premiership coach by default.

    UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

    Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft.     Demonland Trackwatchers ventured down to Gosch's Paddock for the final week of training for the 1st to 4th Years until they are joined by the rest of the senior squad for Preseason Training Camp in Mansfield next week.
