Awesome effort and will be 200 of the toughest (mentally and physically) I've seen. Not many have done what Jones has done, through such a dark period.

Hoping he has a blinder after a few quiet ones.

It's hard to believe some of the criticism that has flown around this forum over the last couple of days. Nate has been great this year and has just had a rough month of footy as he's still lacking support from the rest of the midfield while he cops the main opposition tag every week. His bleeds red and blue and will do so until he retires.

Let's celebrate what this man has done for the club in arguably one of the darkest periods in football history. Cheers Jonesy :).

A champion of this club who has suffered more than most.

His competitiveness and loyalty is amazing and I wish that the next 100 games of his career are a hell of a lot more successful than the last 200 have been.

Absolutely deserves success, and his teammates putting in a good effort this week.

Congrats to a player that will go down as an MFC great.

If I were in charge of the club I'd rest him this week (call it general soreness) and let him play his 200th in front of his home crowd vs GWS. This weekends going to be a complete write off, a 100 point flogging and he deserves to celebrate it in better circumstances.

Sadly for Nathan he has been at the Dees during arguable our poorest period. Like Flower he will never get the admiration from the general football world he deserves.

There is one positive next weekend.

The result is how he has spent most of his time at the MFC so it wont be new for him.

Bloody good player, has shown commitment to the club through the darkest times. I'm all for trading senior players but not Jones, he deserves success in the red and blue.

I agree but I think like a lot of MFC champions he will be gone by the time we have a list capable of producing it.
