Jaeger O'Meara

True Heart

Recommended Posts

So now we have been into Prestia, Bennell and O Meara. Swallow last year.

We really want to rip apart their midfield. o Meara would cost us 2 first round draft picks. 2015/2016

No he wouldn't.

We might be into him but he wouldn't be into us and I can't see what we can offer the Suns that would allow a trade to happen while he's still under contract.

He's from WA, no go home factor, the only Vic clubs he may go to are the power houses.

2015 1st round pick

2016 1st round pick

He is a gun would cost a lot and be worth it

Knee issues don't worry me to much, he is very professional and driven.

He isn't the first and wont be the last youngplayer with injury problems putting a question mark over him

Andrew Mcleod had knee issues he learnt to manage and players with that level of professionalism

Would be happy with that sort of outcome

Would be very surprised if every Victorian club isn't going hard at all the Suns guns right now. Target their players while disenchantment reigns supreme at their club.

We've put up with the same thing for years; only fair we return the favour.

You can always tell when we're having a [censored] year - when the trade rumours kick off early.

And it's refreshingly interesting as usual.

Wheres the report?

Hes a freak and id give my left nut to have him at the MFC

I now have an image of O'Meara being presented with his MFC guernsey at a press conference, cameras everywhere, people cheering, and then PJ hands him a big sack.

"Is this them?" Asks Jeager. PJ gives a subtle nod. Jeager completes his interviews and photo opps, but his mind is elsewhere.

After his PR responsibilities are done, Jeager races home with his sack. He opens it. Could it be? Yes, it is! The left nut of every single poster on Demonland!

Jeager O'Meara then goes on to become the greatest player of all time, returning home after each game to his collection of... preciouses...

Frighteningly detailed story.

    REDLEG PRIDE by Meggs

Hump day mid-week footy at the Redlegs home ground is a great opportunity to build on our recent improved competitiveness playing in the red and blue.   The jumper has a few other colours this week with the rainbow Pride flag flying this round to celebrate people from all walks of life coming together, being accepted. AFLW has been a benchmark when it comes to inclusivity and a safe workplace.  The team will run out in a specially designed guernsey for this game and also the following week

    REDEEMING by Meggs

It was such a balmy spring evening for this mid-week BNCA Pink Lady match at our favourite venue Ikon Park between two teams that had not won a game since round one.   After last week’s insipid bombing, the DeeArmy banner correctly deemanded that our players ‘go in hard, go in strong, go in fighting’, and girl they sure did!   The first quarter goals by Alyssa Bannan and Alyssia Pisano were simply stunning, and it was 4 goals to nil by half-time.   Kudos to Mick Stinear.

    REDEEM by Meggs

How will Mick Stinear and his dwindling list of fit and available Demons respond to last week’s 65-point capitulation to the Bombers, the team’s biggest loss in history?   As a minimum he will expect genuine effort from all of his players when Melbourne takes on the GWS Giants at Ikon Park this Thursday.  Happily, the ground remains a favourite Melbourne venue of players and spectators alike and will provide an opportunity for the Demons to redeem themselves. Injuries to star play

    EASYBEATS by Meggs

A beautiful sunny Friday afternoon, with a light breeze and a strong Windy Hill crowd set the scene, inviting one team to seize the day and take the important four points on offer. For the Demons it was not a good Friday, easily beaten by an all-time largest losing margin of 65 points.   Essendon threw themselves into action today, winning most of the contests and had three early goals with Daria Bannister on fire.  In contrast the Demons were dropping marks, hesitant in close and comm
