You'd rather 2 Mckenzies who don't get their own ball and even if he does he can"t kick.

yep... already has more possessions that Watts - hopeless skills - I get that.

Apparently it's a blocking free when you're stronger than the other bloke in a ruck contest. What the [censored].

St Kilda can beat Freo, Carlton can beat North, we can't even make a contest.

Classy by Watts there.

Watts' kicking is the only thing that's AFL quality. We have about 15 players who can't kick. Until that number drops, Jack Watts will be in the side no matter how limp-wristed he is.

Garland just can't seem to find his 2013 form

Greetings from Chiangmai! I've been a fan of Jack Watts. He does nice things on the outside and may be good in a top side similar to Geelong.

Earlier contest with Robbie Gray and some pis- wea k tackle attempts have one come to conclusion we should trade him. Very weak at a time he should be at his peak.

Melbourne have no natural forwards. I like Dawes and Pederson but let's face it they're both battlers.

Finding this hard to watch, between our mistakes, umpiring standard and pathetic commentary from blokes that may as well be in the outer wearing Port jumpers all makes terrible viewing.

Alastair Lynch is possibly the worst comments man going around and Huddo refuses to call poor umpiring decisions for what they are which is poor.

Mckenzies skills by hand and foot are awful

think you could be right. brisbane and gws will smack us in the midfield.

Will not get within 50 points of either... Our only saving grace earlier in the year was our conversion in front of goal. We are disgraceful kicking for goal and its killing us.

Can do my job.

Well, we will have to take your word on that.

I'm still thanking my lucky stars we don't have Dwayne.

It was not a squib he just didn't go as low or as hard. Unfortunately that is about as much as I think you can expect from him.

Thats why he should be traded.

Unbearable team to watch. They stuff up everything they touch!

Grimes just angers me week after week.....

No a football brain between any of them.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
