No doubt to fulfill commitments with his current employer Foxtel.

Probably the same flight he's caught every other week this year.

Is anyone else hoping Carlton wins just so Richmond go to 8th, but we can tell their fans it should be 9th because of Essendon?

Alright, after 211 pages on this thread, everybody now seems confident on Roos as senior coach. Now for the other members of his team:

  • is Cameron Ling a 'lock-in' as midfield coah (i.e. where is that at?)?
  • what is intended for Todd viney in the scheme of things under Roos?
  • who else is locked in and/or rumoured to make up the structure of the MFC Football Department?

Andy Maher on SEN just said an impeccable, even better than impeccable Melbourne source says he has signed, and that it may be announced today.

Not cracking a beer until:

1. the 3.30pm School bell has gone

2. I see Roos sitting there in a Melbourne tie, facing the media for the first time as the person to lead our team out of the pig poo.

Heard this on the car on the way to work.. Couldn't contain my excitement.. literally shouted in exuberance & fist pumped the air.. Copped some looks .. but who cares! This could be best day ever!

Not being much of a SEN listener, I have to ask the question... is Andy Maher a reliable source dispenser?

He is a troll.

Whether he is a reliable troll, I have no idea.

THE ACCIDENTAL DEMONS by The Oracle

In the space of eight days, the Melbourne Football Club’s plans for the coming year were turned upside down by two season-ending injuries to players who were contending strongly for places in its opening round match against the GWS Giants. McAdam was beginning to get some real mom

RETURN TO NORMAL by Whispering Jack

One of my prized possessions is a framed, autographed guernsey bearing the number 31 worn by my childhood hero, Melbourne’s champion six time premiership player Ronald Dale Barassi who passed away on 16 September 2023, aged 87. The former captain who went on to a successful coaching career, mainly with other clubs, came back to the fold in his later years as a staunch Demon supporter who often sat across the way from me in the Northern Stand of the MCG cheering on the team. Barassi died the

We'll break down the Match SIM against North Melbourne and wrap up the preseason with insights into training and our latest recruits. I apologize for skipping our annual season review show at the end of last season. After a disapponting season filled with off-field antics and a heated trade week, I needed a break.
