i am actually laughing we are that bad

lol

I am at stage now. I was furious a few weeks back. Now I just laugh at how bad the side is, and the garbage Neeld dishes up at the post game press conference.

My favourite Neeld quote has to be the "I didn't see that coming"... Seriously, he has no idea.

What could he possibly say in his presser tonight, staring down an 80 plus point loss to a team we should have beat by ten goals at home. absolute disgrace

Are you trying to justify this crap??

Geelong had 10 players with less than 50 games and beat Essendon.

There are none so blind as those who will not see. We are f*****d

Not at all. Just trying to keep myself occupied and stay sane as i watch us self deestruct for the 5th straight year. Better than kicking the poor old cat.

80% of footy is above the head and nothing to do with experience. Players can do almost anything on the day, particularly against mediocre opposition if they are motivated to do so. Their performance on the field is a reflection of the coach and his ability off it, or lack thereof, to get the best out of a playing group each and every week.

Neeld has so far proven he has no idea how to connect, motivate, plan, make the right match ups/selections for game day, make good moves/changes during a match as well as LEAD/MOTIVATE a young group of players to play for him or the jumper over a whole game, let alone week after week.

The end is nigh for Mr Neeld. I was hoping he might turn things around this year but he's turned this playing group/list from woeful to totally shizenhausen.

I must say, I am done with this mob.

Unless and until they show some care and heart on field I will be doing other things on game day.

This after following them through thick and thin for 55+ years.

That could have been the straw that broke the camel's back ... for Sylvia. Has just been blazing away with his kicks, then goes and does that. Not a team player.

Oh hey binger, enjoying your Neeldy brand of footy?

Wait, we're winning the clearances. Clearly, we are improving.

I chose us in the footy tips – I wont do this again this season unless we get a new coach.

Me too glimpse so don't feel bad it's could having faith in the footy team but know I have none left.

Time for Neeld to do a Matty Primus.

Scanning across different radio stations to try and get a flavour of what we're in for this week.

The consensus is that Jack Viney is our youngest player out there and the only one displaying the minimum commitment required for an MFC player, let alone an AFL player.

Foxtel sent a camera into the MCC to watch supporters rip into the Dees. Seriously, the guy was pointing his camera away from the game. Like filming mourners at a funeral. Thankfully, the nearby supporters, previously very loud, stayed dead quiet, gave the camera zero, and he moved on.

Uncontested posses 155 to 213 at 4th qrt at th 12 min mark

That in itself should get Neeld sacked.

This is Gold Coast not the cats

Another red letter day for the dees

2024 Player Reviews: #32 Tom Sparrow

Had to shoulder more responsibility as the club’s injury concerns deepened but needs to step up more as he closes in on 100 games. Date of Birth: 31 May 2000 Height: 186cm Games MFC 2024: 21 Career Total: 95 Goals MFC 2024: 6 Career Total: 34 Games CDFC: 1 Goals CDFL: 0

2024 Player Reviews: #35 Harry Petty

Failed to fulfill the promise of his breakout six goal effort against the Tigers in 2023 and was generally disappointing as a key forward. It remains to be seen whether Simon Goodwin will persevere with him in attack or return him to the backline where he was an important cog in the club’s 2021 premiership success. 2024 Player Reviews: #22 Blake Howes

After a bright start to the season, playing mostly in defence, Howes seemed to lose his way in midseason but fought back with some good performances at Casey and finished the year back at AFL level. One to watch in 2024. Date of Birth: 7 March 2003 Height: 191cm Games MFC 2024: 15 Career Total:  15 Goals MFC 2024: 0 Career Total:  0 Games CDFC 2024: 6 Goals CDFC 2024: 0

2024 Player Reviews: #33 Tom Fullarton

Originally an NBL basketballer with the Brisbane Bullets, he moved across town in 2019 to the AFL Lions where he played 19 games before crossing to Melbourne where he was expected to fill a role as a back up ruckman/key forward. Unfortunately, didn’t quite get there although he did finish equal sixth in Casey’s best and fairest award. Date of Birth: 23 February 1999 Height: 198cm Games CDFC: 14 Goals CDFL: 13

2024 Player Reviews: #10 Angus Brayshaw

Sadly, had to wrap up a great career in midstream on the back of multiple concussions which culminated in the Maynard hit in the 2023 Qualifying Final. His loss to the club was inestimable over and above his on field talent given his character and leadership qualities, all of which have been sorely missed. 2024 Player Reviews: #40 Taj Woewodin

The son of former Demon Brownlow Medalist Shane, Taj added a further 16 games to his overall tally of games but a number were as substitute. He is slowly fitting into the team structure but without doing anything spectacular and needs to take further steps forward in 2025 for his career to progress. Bowey’s season was curtailed early when he sustained a shoulder injury that required surgery in the opening game against Sydney. SLIP SLIDING AWAY by Meggs

It was a sweaty, slippery night at Cazalys Stadium, a tough slog with low scoring and missed opportunities.  The Hokball Hawks hung on to win by a goal and sit second on the ladder, relegating the disappointed Demons to, almost certainly, finals spectators.   We had to win this match. When news broke of late withdrawals of talisman Kate Hore and key back Gaby Colvin, expectations plummeted, and Demon fans despaired.  The bad news was the signature song of 2024, a season that’s
