That's about the third time you have made a reference to the munchers. Its become a fixation.

Most are fixated, aren't they?

Don't know how cast iron got in with Kero? that one flew over the top, but a wet 'T' Shirt, hmmn, nah.

But to being Fixated!

Especially for those glass and a half full type of people.

The problem is that many here will see the second glass as half empty, not half full.

I am deeply disturbed by the symbolism of a Cadbury sponsorship. Being sponsored by a company that churns out a second-rate product of not-really-chocolate kind of implies a second-rate team of not-really footballers. Now if we were to be sponsored by someone who makes real chocolate, that would be a different matter.

They are sponsoring Collingwood

Kaspersky pulled out on the pies, i noticed the Sun and the City of Casey are new sponsors for the Dees now.

The Herald Sun replacing The Age as a sponsor is massive news, I'm not sure if they sponsor many other clubs but with what has been written of late I find this to be very interesting.

Does that mean the Herald Sun will start relentlessly bagging us instead of The Age?

It means that the Herald Sun can now deny all knowledge of tanking, like it did with the Storm and salary cap rorts.

When did this happen? I'm happy they aren't our sponsors anymore if that is the case, I prefer the articles written in the Age most of the time but the way Caro attacked us there is no way I want her company sponsoring us.

The Age gone, The Herald Sun taken their place, that is great news! Stick that in your pipe Schwab and McLardy haters!

You do understand that Drake International and Metro Solar have withdrawn there sponsorship from the club stuie, were officially looking for a shorts and coach day sponsor, usually the club thanks there sponsors on the website when they decide not to renew, but that was kept hush hush, you would think that those two companys would contribute about 600,000 a season, lets see how they go replacing them , hopefully its not a problem.

We change a lot of sponsors every year, you know Collingwood have lost/changed a fair few this year? That Maguire guy must be hopeless hey....

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
