Useless at defending today

We are a bottom four club who caught fire for a month

6g 8b from set shots

Ffs morons

Jeffo 10 goals 2 last 2 games.... just sayin

Edited by picket fence

We miss 2 easy ones, they take their chances, just not our day

And then let them take an uncontested mark and kick an easy goal.

This is a sick repetitive nightmare. Losing to a bog ordinary team that’s lost 6 of their last 7 games. Embarrassing.

Bloody hell Melksham

Now 7-15 to 11-6. Useless.

Now 12-6

Two misses MFC. One straight Saints.

Has been useless

GO [censored] YOURSELF DEMONS!!!

what is wrong with us??

mentally weak

And just like that we kick ourselves out of contention.

I mean it happens but not every single game, every single year.

Surely the club should make a statement and do something.

Not like nobody has noticed. Well it seems that way at the club.

this is a regular occurence

we are the worst goal kicking team in the league. we may as well be playing with one arm tied behind our back

Feel for Gawn bust his guts but surrounded by mediocrity.

This is the angriest I've been watching a game since we lost to the Essendon rejects about 10 years ago. Can't believe the mindset we turned up with today and the basic skill errors/missed goals. It is inexcusable, good luck to anyone who turns up next week Collingwood will destroy us.

  • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? At the time, Gold Coast and Brisbane were the competition’s early pace-setters, the flavours of the month, and the prospect of the Demons toppling both within the course of a fortnight seemed remote. Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.

Before Sunday, the last time the Brisbane Lions had walked onto the turf of the Melbourne Cricket Ground, they celebrated the pinnacle of the sport - an AFL premiership secured in emphatic fashion for the second consecutive year.

  • CASEY: Brisbane

From the outset, the Casey Demons lacked any spring in their steps. They were out-hustled and out-bustled and finally outplayed by the Brisbane Lions by 38 points on their home turf in perfect conditions at Casey Fields.
