Shame we don't have a first round pick this year.

Fitness is atrocious,  skills poor, transition between the arcs non existent.  No football nouse.

We'll be lucky to win 5 games this year.

The Goodwin gameplan is rubbish. It's a slow death with ageing players.

New coach and fresh start needed for 2026.

Nick Riewoldt is a [censored] terrible commentator

C'mon 5 more please, I don't want to see Goodwin come Monday morning.

We are rabble

Not all is lost, friends.

Learnings incoming…

The boys heads dropped with that one. They don't want to be out there right now. Makes me wonder why I don't leave when I have the option to leave.

The inability to cobble together a functioning forward line will be a big part of Goodwin’s legacy. For better or worse he simply wasn’t able to do it.

Well tracca  max and lever  will not get votes today

Hes playing against probably the best ruckman in the league by a fair mile. He won't be the last to have their colours lowered by Xerri

Yep. Probably should have given TC a go today to crash and bash.

The club has been expecting the backline to win games for us.

Defenders don't kick winning scores.

The club has been expecting Goodwin to be a different coach, clearly won't change at all never.

  • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? At the time, Gold Coast and Brisbane were the competition’s early pace-setters, the flavours of the month, and the prospect of the Demons toppling both within the course of a fortnight seemed remote. Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.
