Chocco you are a legend, the gorup clearly means something to him and the burn is there to see things through with their development.

Tom Morris you're also a legend for breaking the story (not really but you get it)

I love this!   Many of our youngsters are developing beautifully under Choco’s unique style and guidance, and we have another group of high-end youngsters joining our Club in a couple of months.  Well done Choco and the Melbourne Footy Club!

I am really happy for Choco to continue. Brings a real toughness mixed with humour which I believe our side needs.

He must be getting offers with the number of teams who are looking for coaches and assistants etc. Very happy he is staying.

Echo these words. The speech he made at the presentation was pure football, with a combination of highs and lows, and the grass roots stuff to the professional levels required, which many aspiring participants should listen too,

Never thought I could say I love a Port Adelaide legend but in the case of Choco Im happy to make an exception.

I love what Mark Choco Williams has bought to Melbourne he refines them, lifts them up to AFL level but also keeps them well grounded so they don’t get ahead of themselves. A fair dinkum Legend of the game and he is ours for another twelve months at least.💕

One of the great footy characters & personalities.

A strong voice of clarity around the boys on game day, both at senior and Casey level.

Not to mention his drive to see every player reach his best potential,  regardless of which level they're playing.

His humour is out there as well.

On Moose's 150th at Sandy a few weeks back he was yelling at the assistants to drag Moose to the sidelines so he could grab a happy snap of him standing under a rainbow (which had emerged behind the field on the opposite side).

When the request was refused because Moose was actually out in the middle playing, Choco told the assistant he would be lucky to get a gig the following week and then started yelling out to Moose himself.... "Moose get over here.... Moose... Moose"!

Yeah well it happens I guess.

Chocco, Richo, Perty etc. As long as the flags keep rolling in who gives a tin.

Fabulous news for the club.
Now he needs to restart his kicking academy which appears to have paused last season.
GO DEES.

2024 Player Reviews: #7 Jack Viney

The tough on baller won his second Keith 'Bluey' Truscott Trophy in a narrow battle with skipper Max Gawn and Alex Neal-Bullen and battled on manfully in the face of a number of injury niggles. TRAINING: Wednesday 13th November 2024

A couple of Demonland Trackwatchers braved the rain and headed down to Gosch's paddock to bring you their observations from the second day of Preseason training for the 1st to 4th Year players. DITCHA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I attended some of the training today. Richo spoke to me and said not to believe what is in the media, as we will good this year. Jefferson and Kentfield looked big and strong.  Petty was doing all the training. Adams looked like he was in rehab.  KE

2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. He showed great resilience in coming back from a nasty rib injury and is expected to continue in that role for another couple of seasons. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025.
