Great !!! Yeh ABC. Firsat time I have seen it . Think of the skill. Pickett Pick ball up two &1/2 steps and kicks. Bri- illiant !!!

I'm sure this has already been covered in other threads, but how good was that piece of play from May? Works Motlop out of the contest then lays the shepherd for Hunt to bang it long. Glorious stuff.

And then Pickett's spray to Newnes, just great stuff all around.

Right at the end of the clip at the 4:18 mark, check the dial on Big Benny Brown. Pretty awesome but funny.

I loved how Kozzy got himself to the front of the pack for the crumb. This is where he should be every single time.ย

The risk that Lever took was inspiring - the execution was poor, but he 100% identified the corridor prior to the stoppage as an outnumber. And finally a bounce that favored our boys.ย

It is one week earlier than last year where we snuck a victory from the jaws of defeat against the Cats... would love for this to reignite the fire of belief.ย

Lever knew exactly what he was doing. Thereโ€™s no way that our strongest player and our quickest player are at centre half forward out numbering their opponent 3-1. We NEVER set up like that. That, I believe, was what they trained for after last week. Donโ€™t bang it long from the wing, go corridor and deep from there.ย

This is a great video. The ABC commentary is the best because they called the action, not the emotion of one set of supporters.

Was also nice to see that Blues supporter lose her mind 4 times in a row. I actually feel for her - weโ€™ve all been that fan as Dees supporters.ย

And it is Lever who also set up Gawn in the Geelong game r23 last year.

Thanks DJ....this is spine tingling sensational stuff.ย  It reminds me very much of the kick after the siren win against the Cats last year for the minor premiership.

This just might....just might be the spark that sees us make another GF folks!!

Watching him going front and centre with intent did my heart good.

I don't recall seeing such focus from him at other timesย

Having reviewed the footage several times, I now believe she was beseeching the Carlton recruiters to "Get Fritsch!"

I love the Carlton supporter in the crowd saying get f%@$ed ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

Yes, about my tenth time

Love these multi-calls.

I hope watching that over so many times in quick succession helps those moaning about BBB going up with one hand so often understand just how important it is to our team.ย  He stopped the oppisiiton marking it.ย  He stopped the oppisiiton punching it away to the pockets.ย  He brings it down to the place that the smalls are and the goal results.ย  It may not be pretty or classical but it is what needed.ย  If he is not in the position to mark it cleanly, his job is to stop the oppitision mark and keep the ball in the area.ย  Going up with one hand acheives that.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmyโ€™s inclusive bannerโ€”"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwoodโ€™s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.ย

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecastโ€”20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze โ€” expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kateโ€™s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwoodโ€™s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
