Just saying that if it is not his primary residence whether it be fridge or HWS what is the urgency as he could not travel there to use it.

I see him down at Lorne regularly so assumed his primary residence would be down there with a city residence while working and commentating. I can’t get to my place on the Surf Coast but he can get to a place in Gippsland! Anyway interesting if any questions are asked.

What a sad [censored] world we now live in. Bloke gets injured in an explosion and the main concern is if it was his primary residence.

Has anyone asked about the fridge?????

Does it matter where he was or the reasons for him being there? The bloke is in hospital after being involved in a gas explosion.

tongue in cheek Ethan

My point exactly. It is a sad world. I did offer my sympathy which is something I don't usually offer to rule breakers. I didn't  mention that given virtually no mobile phone coverage where he was I wonder who called the Medics and CFA.

I bet Brian will be OK to see the GF live and in person.

We are all going to hell for this thread.

We are literally all waiting

Yeah I'm pretty sure he is out the back there somewhere. I think you can see it from Teddy's.

Any hot water hacks?

Besides BT…

“$2 Kmart hack saves mum hundreds in 'stunning' Christmas DIY”

https://www.google.com.au/amp/s/au.lifestyle.yahoo.com/amphtml/kmart-hack-saves-hundreds-christmas-decoration-040109206.html

There was another article that said a mum used a cheap packet of K-mart clothesline’s pegs to seal cereal packets.

I think we can have the good grace to at least wait 24 hours before cracking jokes about this

see you tomorrow

I was half-expecting the best gags of the year on this one..! I have to say Demonland has disappointed me on this fiery occasion…

I usually don’t convict until I am in possession of evidence.

“Wowee….it just went BANG… whadda ya think, Dais?”

“Well, I think you should have kept up your gas plumbing ticket if you were going to fxxx around with the hot water service, BT. Down to Soders on the boundary”

” coming off it looks like.  Straight down the race.  Looks like Bruce might have to come on as Medical sub”

”will Hawkins have anything to answer for?”

”nah, all clear.  On the replay it looks like BT did it to himself”….

Not wishing him any harm but couldn't they keep him in hospital under observation for the next month.

Severe sedation is essential as well as isolation.

Any truth to the rumour he commentated all the way to hospital?

PD you must be a races follower as you have blinkers on. Oh..thats right, your not allowed to do that either.

Join the dots. Walhalla have had electricity for just over 22 years. A gas fridge blew up not AC ..shack is probably not powered. Taylor doesn't live there.

My fridge exploded just a couple days ago. I couldn't put out the flames pouring from the freezer (I live in a wooden Queenslander as well) and was expecting an even bigger explosion any second, and ended up having one of those hysterical strength episodes - picked the whole thing up with flames licking around my head, ran to the backdoor through thick clouds of black smoke, and threw it down the steps as far as I could into the patio before diving for cover (the impact actually snuffed out the fire). Crazy intense. A few singed hairs and my shoulder muscles are stuffed, but both me and the house were incredibly lucky. Anyway, Brian Taylor, lol.

  • NON-MFC: Round 07

Round 7 gets underway in iconic fashion with the traditional ANZAC Day blockbuster. The high-flying Magpies will be looking to solidify their spot atop the ladder, while the Bombers are desperate for a win to stay in touch with the top eight. Later that evening, Fremantle will be out to redeem themselves after a disappointing loss to the Demons, facing a hungry Adelaide side with eyes firmly set on breaking into the top four. Saturday serves up a triple-header of footy action. The Lions will be looking to consolidate their Top 2 spot as they head to Marvel Stadium to clash with the Saints. Over in Adelaide, Port Adelaide will be strong favourites at home against a struggling North Melbourne. The day wraps up with a fiery encounter in Canberra, where the Giants and Bulldogs renew their bitter rivalry. Sunday’s schedule kicks off with the Suns aiming to bounce back from their shock defeat to Richmond, taking on the out of form Swans. Then the Blues will be out to claim a major scalp when they battle the Cats at the MCG. The round finishes with a less-than-thrilling affair between Hawthorn and West Coast at Marvel. Who are you tipping and what are the best results for the Demons?

  • REPORT: Fremantle

For this year’s Easter Saturday game at the MCG, Simon Goodwin and his Demons wound the clock back a few years to wipe out the horrible memories of last season’s twin thrashings at the hands of the Dockers. And it was about time! Melbourne’s indomitable skipper Max Gawn put in a mammoth performance in shutting out his immediate opponent Sean Darcy in the ruck and around the ground and was a colossus at the end when the game was there to be won or lost. It was won by 16.11.107 to 14.13.97. There was the battery-charged Easter Bunny in Kysaiah Pickett running anyone wearing purple ragged, whether at midfield stoppages or around the big sticks. He finish with a five goal haul.

  • CASEY: UWS Giants

The Casey Demons took on an undefeated UWS Giants outfit at their own home ground on a beautiful autumn day but found themselves completely out of their depth going down by 53 points against a well-drilled and fair superior combination. Despite having 15 AFL listed players at their disposal - far more than in their earlier matches this season - the Demons were never really in the game and suffered their second defeat in a row after their bright start to the season when they drew with the Kangaroos, beat the Suns and matched the Cats for most of the day on their own dung heap at Corio Bay. The Giants were a different proposition altogether. They had a very slight wind advantage in the opening quarter but were too quick off the mark for the Demons, tearing the game apart by the half way mark of the term when they kicked the first five goals with clean and direct football.
