Everybody gets a vote.

No passengers. Perfect team result

I agree, it’s impossible to get the votes right as there are so many deserving.

I’d be really surprised if Harmes doesn’t get the 10 from the coaches though, his performance on Borat was a game changer

Apologies - Spargo, Petracca, May, JJ, ANB and Petty (best game as a defender for the club)

6 Oliver

5 Lever

4 Harmes

3 Trac

2 Brayshaw

1 Spargo

Difficult in such a disciplined, even team performance.  I settled on:

6.  Oliver

5.  Harmes

4.  Gawn

3.  Petracca

2.  Lever

1.  Brayshaw

Unlucky:  Rivers, May, TMac, Spargo, and ANB, among others.

6: oliver
5: harmes
4: lever
3: spargo
2: brayshaw
1: rivers

then there were some very good players who usually dissappear

I thought Hunt, ANB, Petty, Jackson, Jordon, Hibberd all very important roles

The usual players Tmac, Tracca, Gawn, May, Langdon, Fritta, Salem missed his silk last week.,

I did think Kossy was "quiet" but potentially explosive, and the Weid, to prove his worth  as an AFL player should have kicked his third goal, he should not have missed, well in front no pressure, a bad miss.  Sparra was quiet as well. hardly a tweet.

thats only 22   who have i missed, pleased with the result never worried from the 10 minute mark of the first. we were switched on from the start.

Melky   of course,  but he did play better last night and was an important kog, happy enough that he was in the side

6 James Harmes

5  Clayton Oliver

4 Jake Lever

3 Steven May

2  Tom McDonald

1  Max Gawn

Honourable mentions;

Christian Petracca

Angus Bradshaw

Alex Neal-Bullen

Trent Rivers

Charlie Spargo

Bayley Fritsch

Harrison Petty

Overall;

Defence, Midfield, Attack all ‘singing’ from the same score. A whole team performance.

6. Oliver

5. Harmes

4. Lever

3. May

2. Brayshaw

1. Rivers

Gawn, Spargo, TMac, ANB, Fritsch (I could go on) all unlucky to miss out.

6 James Harmes

5 Clayton Oliver

4 Angus Brayshaw

3 Jake Lever

2 Nibbler

1 Trent Rivers

Spargo, May and Gawn also deserve votes...it was a complete team performance

6 - Clarry

5 - James Harmes

4 - Rick Lever

3 - Trent Rivers

2 - Gus - crucial team game

1 - Charlie Spargo - he was on ?

Not one passenger I thought that Melk was solid, Max deserved a vote but I wanted to squeeze a couple of hard working kids in.

6 - Oliver

5 - Harmes

4 - Rivers

3 -  Brayshaw

2 - Petracca

Well said, these idiots that hate one of our own bore me to tears with their Melksham hatred.

Probably the same so called experts that think Spargo should get 30 possies a game

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Geelong

It’s been a season of grit, growth, and glimpses of brilliance—mixed with a few tough interstate lessons. Now, with finals looming, the Dees head to Kardinia Park for one last tune-up before the real stuff begins.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
