Yep, been hanging out for it all week................talking about “Mike and Dave need wedding dates” aren’t you WJ?

Haven't been this excited since the Lighting Premiership at Waverley in '96!

Watching Mary Poppins with the missus. From what I saw the movie will be more interesting.

Patrick Cripps definitely doesnt look the full can of coke in that shot.......the eyes have it.

Whoops!  Cameraman accidentally revealed the empty side of the stadium.

The members of the AFL executive who thought this would be a good idea should be replaced immediately. I found todays scratch match, MFC v Coll, infinitely more engaging. The attempts of the commentators to make this carp sound interesting is excruciating. Hey, AFL big knobs.... how about a State of Origin contest in some modified form???? Fracken who cares about this tripe??? You belittle the great game you pretend to be the guardians of! Disgusting, vomit inducing, commercial self-indulgent [censored]!!!

Cant wait for tonight's GF.... Which teams? Which players?... Don't stress, the Game Changer will be dropped in from the retractable roof and all will be revealed! Marvel Stadium... Transformers v XMen.... paper, rock, scissors... I'm on the edge of my seat... Does anyone on big dollars have any respect for the game?

Fritta’s team through to the grand final. Back to Back AFLX premierships for Fritsch?

What a huge load of turd. I watched about two minutes...almost spewed.

So glad MFC treated it with the disdain it deserved

Fritta got through uninjured which is all that matters. He’s still a stick figure though, was hoping he’d put on some size over summer!

I tuned in and out, but it was pretty uninspiring and low intensity stuff. Was better last year when we won it...

Not that I actually care one iota but what sort of crowd did they get?

Were there any Poweraids Super Dopper Pooper Scoopers?  Did both in the crowd go bananas in response?

  • AFLW REPORT: Western Bulldogs

We’re back! That was fun. The Mighty Dees’ Season 10 campaign is off toa flying start with a commanding 48-point winover the Western Bulldogs, retaining the Hampson-Hardeman Cup in style. After a hard-fought first half in slippery conditions, the Dees came out in the second half and showcased their trademark superior class, piling on four goals in the third termand never looked back.

  • REPORT: Hawthorn

The final score in Saturday's game against Hawthorn was almost identical to that from their last contest three months ago. Melbourne suffered comprehensive defeats in both games, but the similarities ended there. When they met in Round 9, the Demons were resurgent, seeking to redeem themselves after a lacklustre start to the season. They approached the game with vigour and dynamism, and were highly competitive for the first three quarters, during which they were at least on par with the Hawks. In the final term, they lapsed into error and were ultimately overrun, but the final result did not accurately reflect their effort and commitment throughout the match.

  • CASEY: Box Hill

The Casey Demons ended the regular season on a positive note and gained substantial momentum leading into the finals when they knocked the Box Hill Hawks off the top of the VFL ladder in their final round clash at Casey Fields. More importantly, they moved out of a wild card position in the finals race and secured a week's rest as they leapfrogged up the ladder into fifth place with their decisive 23-point victory over the team that had been the dominant force in the competition for most of the season.

The Demons were sloppy all day and could not stop the run and carry of the fast moving Hawthorn as the Hawks cruised to an easy 36 point win. Is the season over yet?
