Even with Jesus Rance on their side, Richmond are in serious trouble here. They've turned a 5 goal lead into a 3 point lead. I THINK we want Richmond to lose, but we also don't want a rejuvenated Sydney taking a spot in the 8. Can't they BOTH lose?

I know what you're saying - personally I'm a believer if you're good enough -you'll always need to beat the best team - as most likely you'll play them in the big dance anyway.

Richmond losing is good for our chances of higher positioning in the top 8 but I'd rather have Sydney ruled out for the year. Not just for us, but because I'm sick of Sydney making finals.

I prefer to have the teams above us lose and back our boys to win and make the top 4/final 8 than to hope the teams behind us fall over.
